THE HOUSE:
Quiet Family Beach Villa by HOST-POINT is a typical Portuguese single storey house, fantastic for a family or group of friends to relax, enjoy the sun, the pool and the proximity to the beach. One bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bathtub, one bedroom with two double beds and one bedroom with bunk bed with double bed downstairs and single bed upstairs (6 people), 1 full bathroom with shower , 1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and a large bright living room with flat screen TV. Most fantastic is the garden and pool, which faces west with sunshine throughout the afternoon, even on winter days. The space is prepared for a relaxed stay privileging the proximity to the beaches and the tranquility of the area.

GUEST ACCESS:
The house is completely private in its amenities of which the guest will have his access key.
The house is all single storey and without steps facilitating access to wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We will welcome you in person, introduce you to the house, the nearest points of interest and some local suggestions. We will always be around and available to resolve issues and get along whenever work permits.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Charneca de Caparica is a quiet area away from the center and the confusion. However, the beaches are just 1.7km (5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot) and Lisbon and Lisbon Airport 25km. There is a small supermarket less than a kilometer away, and restaurants and bars on the beaches and in central Charneca.

MOVE:
Public transport in Charneca de Caparica is scarce so we recommend using your own car, taxi or even bicycles.
