Newly built apartment on the slopes in Valmorel, in the most recent MGM Chalet, that was delivered in 2017. The Chalet lies in a very quiet neighborhood (Fontaine), with a direct access to the lift "Les Lanchettes", literally 50 meters away. You can ski back in front of the chalet.

This cosy apartment of 61 m² is on the first floor, and benefits from a stunning view over Valmorel Valley. It is only 400m from the main shops (an easy walk of 4 minutes, passing by the sledge area for children).

The apartment can comfortably fit over 6 guests:
• Master bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200), and a large private bathroom (shower, toilets), large wardrobes
• Second bedroom with a single bed, 2 bunk beds, wardrobe, one extra sliding bed if necessary.
• Cosy living room with a convertible sofa (2 independent beds), large TV screen and dvd player (French channels only for the moment)
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 coffee machines, toaster and multiple useful items
• Bathroom with washing machine - dryer combo
• Separate toilets, multiple cupboards
• Terrace, ski locker, equipped with ski boots dryer
• Lift
• Private indoor parking space (parking card provided for free)

Easy access to ski schools gatherings (ESF in Mottet) through the slopes from Lanchettes, an easy walk or a quick 10 minutes ride with the free bus for the smaller kids, which starts in front of the apartment.

The price includes cleaning and all taxes, linen and towels.

The rental is on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, according to the prices shown.

Great flat, all amenities, homely and close to the slopes

Just back from a great week. The flat was ideal, just as advertised and special thanks to Anice and Judith who couldn't have been more helpful both in the run up and during the week. 2 minutes from the nearest lift, ski back to the door and 5 minutes from the shops, what more do you need.

Bel appartement agréable à vivre

Très bel appartement bien équipé et soigneusement décoré. Petit plus pour le local à skis au même étage que l'appartement et la navette au pied de la résidence et mention spéciale pour la propreté de l'appartement ainsi que pour la qualité des draps et serviettes fournies.

Lovely property, great landlord

Very modern, clean an comfortable. Owner Anice very helpful throughout. Highly recommend. Can ski to within about three meters of the back door, and nearest lift is about a 3 minute walk. Lovely resort, cowboy style one main street - no cars which was just fantastic. Beautiful area. Highly recommend.

Komfortabel wohnen in Valmorel

Ende Januar haben wir 10 wundervolle Tage in Valmorel verbracht. Die Wohung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in der ersten Etage eines neu erbauten Komlexes. Die Fotos hier entsprechen genau den vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten. Sie liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir hatten einen eigenen Stellplatz in der Garage und somit war Schneefegen kein Thema. Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Wir waren jetzt mit 2 Pärchen da, was auch völlig in Ordnung war, da die Wohung 2 Badezimmer hat. Allerdings muss man sich überlegen, ob ein Paar im Kinderzimmer mit getrennten Betten oder auf dem riesen großen Schlafsofa schlafen möchte. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und verlief auf englisch. Vor Ort gibt es eine Managerin, die sich um die Wohnung und die an- und abreisenden Gäste kümmert. Wir könnten uns vorstellen hier wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Juste parfait!

Nous avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines durant les fêtes dans cet appartement spacieux. Sa situation au sein de la station, sa configuration ainsi que les équipements proposés ont été au-delà de nos espérances! Nous tenons aussi à remercier le propriétaire pour l'organisation de notre arrivée. L'accueil sur place est flexible, convivial et agréable. Ce fut un séjour parfait et la station de Valmorel nous a aussi charmés, tout le monde est sympatique et bienveillant. Une mention spéciale pour l'Ecole de Ski International qui fournit des cours de qualité en petit groupe. Bref, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute à Valmo et dans cet appartement pour sûr!

We love the French Alps and Valmorel in particular, and we wanted to be able to enjoy it as often as possible, so we bought our own apartment.
We tried to make it as cosy as possible so that we can immediately feel home.
We try to provide everything necessary for a great family holiday, for any age.
Our 7 and 11 kids are very picky, they love it so we are sure you can only enjoy it as well!

What makes this property unique

Gorgeous view over the whole valley.
Quiet environment, yet the shops and buzz of the main street is very close (a short 5 minutes walk)
Ski-in ski-out, and the Lanchettes lift is 40m from the entrance
