Pleasant semi-detached pavilion on R+1 in perfect condition located near Lake Navarrosse, not far from the town of Biscarrosse.

This vacation cottage offers: on the ground floor: an entrance with storage and washing machine space, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and window. An air-conditioned living room with television and its equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, ceramic hobs, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with parquet and storage: 1 bed 140cm + 2 nested beds 90cm.

Small garden with a landscaped terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. Just a stone's throw from the lake... in a peaceful setting! Come and enjoy this pavilion, exclusively reserved for a family with children.

Bon séjour mais équipement à revoir

Nous passé un bon séjour, la maison est à proximité du lac et de quelques petits commerces et restaurants. La départementale derrière la maison reste un peu bruyante. L'équipement est très sommaire, pas de four ni de verres à vin, les installations pas vraiment adapté aux jeunes enfants (évier et lavabo trop haut, pas de marche-pieds), mitigeur douche limite dangereux, le lave-vaisselle est en revanche très appréciable. Nous avons fait remonter ces remarques à l'Agence qui a été à l'écoute, et fera suivre aux propriétaires.
