nice house near the chalet + plafe and central station including: a stay with sofa and tv and dvd player; veranda; equipped kitchen of a washing machine, a dishwasher, oven; 3 rooms with each one 140cm bed, bedroom with bunk beds and 90cm bed; 2 rooms of water; 2 wc; court fenced with living room of garden and barbecue, ideal for a stay with family. pets not allowed.

Une adresse Ă  conserver soigneusement!

Maison trÚs spacieuse et idéalement placée, trÚs bien équipée en électroménager. On a apprécié le petit chalet indépendant, idéal pour une suite parentale. énormément de rangements de disponibles pour les affaires personnelles. Bien que située dans le centre de Biscarosse plage, la rue est trÚs calme avec peu de passage.

 la vaisselle pas vraiment propre
 il y avait mĂȘme des traces de cafĂ© sur le plan de travail
 ) La literie n’est pas bonne La dĂ©pendance sent vraiment l’humiditĂ© c’est terrible
 on a laissĂ© portes et fenĂȘtres ouvertes au maximum mais cela ni Ă  rien fait
 les enfants qui dormaient Ă  l’intĂ©rieur sentaient l’humiditĂ© terrible en se levant le matin
 mĂȘme les vĂȘtements
 bref c’est dommage car la maison pourrait ĂȘtre vraiment top si quelques Ă©quipements pouvaient ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©s et surtout ce problĂšme d’humiditĂ© dans la petite dĂ©pendance

Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Fussentfernung vom Strand gelegenes, großzĂŒgiges Haus

Nachteile: Veraltete Ausstattung in der KĂŒche, KĂŒchengerĂ€te könnten Austausch und Grundreinigung vertragen. Klemmende Schlösser am Tor. Hohe Zusatzkosten durch hochpreisige BettwĂ€sche, wenn man sie in Anspruch nimmt. Vergleichsweise hohe Kaution, die mit Kreditkarte oder französischem Scheck zu hinterlegen ist. Vorteil: unmittelbare StrandnĂ€he, Platz und engagierte Agentur.

EnttÀuschende Ferienunterkunft

Wir sind von unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienunterkunft sehr enttĂ€uscht: In dieser „Villa“ gibt es kein WLAN, was bei einem 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr Ă€rgerlich ist. Das HaustĂŒrschloss war kaputt, man kam in die TĂŒr nicht mehr rein, ein Handwerker musste kommen und es reparieren, was im Urlaub sehr nervig ist. Es gab keine Beschreibung fĂŒr die ElektrogerĂ€te. Es musste jemand von der Agentur kommen und uns die Bedienung vom Ofen erklĂ€ren. Einige Herdplatten waren defekt und schließlich hat die Elektrik in der KĂŒche nicht mehr funktioniert am Ende des Urlaubs. Auf der Terrasse liefen MĂ€use - sehr ekelhaft! In der Nachbarschaft waren Baustellen, die so laut waren, dass man sein eigenes Wort auf der Terrasse nicht mehr verstand. FĂŒr BettwĂ€sche, Babyhochstuhl und Kinderbett entstehen noch Zusatzkosten! Diese Unterkunft ist daher leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

La maison est trĂšs spacieuse pour 8 personnes et son emplacement est gĂ©nial. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© que les propriĂ©taires fassent confiance aux locataires et laissent leurs affaires personnelles. Ça nous a poussĂ© Ă  redoubler d'attention. Rien, c'Ă©tait parfait :-) Peut-ĂȘtre un petit moment de pagaille Ă  la remise des clefs, Ă  14h, lorsque nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s 4 familles en mĂȘme temps, mais c'est vraiment pour trouver un reproche :-)

Villa trÚs agréable

La proximitĂ© du centre de Biscarosse Plage. La dĂ©co rĂ©alisĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. L’extĂ©rieur trĂšs joli avec fleurs, arbres, et mobilier de jardin. Et enfin la propretĂ© de la villa. L’odeur de renfermĂ© dans le chalet indĂ©pendant. Pas facile de rentrer et sortir avec une voiture.
