Gros potentiel de la maison. Un manque d entretien dommage et un peu fort chargée L emplacement est bien. La voie verte est proche, route à traverser. Nous etions 2 familles(9) dont 5 enfants. Tout c'est bien passée. Le lac est sympa et proche en vélo. La propriétaire est tres disponible si probleme.

Proprieté avec grand potentiel mais mal entretenue

Dommage, la maison de vacances est très spacieuse et super pratique pour un grand groupe/famille. L‘etat des lieu laisse à désiré - des travaux sont du ainsi que le remplacement de lits et matelas. Le prix du séjour n‘est pas justifié.

1 semaine a cazaux

Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme,proche tout commerce. Proche pistes cyclable. Et bien placé pour visiter arcachon et sa region( 15 a 20 minutes en voiture environ d'arcachon, la teste de buch, pilat, gujan mestras, etc et quelques minutes a pied ou en voiture du lac de cazaux.

Fijn huis in buurt van zee, meer en winkels

Het huis zeer centraal gelegen op 10 minuten van het meer en op 20 minuten van de zee. Bakker op loopafstand en supermarkt 5 minuten met de auto. Het zwembad is lekker groot en er is voldoende schaduw. Interieur is gezellig maar de bedden zijn niet geweldig en de koelkast en vaatwasser (niet handig in de bijkeuken) zijn aan vervanging toe. Er is slechts 1 toilet voor 8 personen en dit is te weinig.

Agréables vacances familiales

Grande maison idéale pour des vacances familiales. Piscine spacieuse. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du lac de Cazaux et la facilité de rejoindre à vélo ses plages ( ombragées et parfaites pour de jeunes enfants) . Possibilité de louer des vélos dans le centre de Cazaux à 5 minutes à pied. L'océan et le Bassin d'Arcachon sont également très proches.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances avec chaque jour une nouveauté à découvrir : océan, lac, dune, Arcachon, parcs à huîtres... La maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien décorée. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Et pour finir un accueil formidable !
