About this property

Our family does not tire stays spent in this beautiful house on the Atlantic Ocean. Breathe the sea air on waking, walking on foot or by bike, to live with the tides and marshes, at the beach or by boat, activities abound in summer and winter. Our house has all the comforts of a recent construction with beautiful volumes on a plot of 1000 m2 only 300 m from the most beautiful beaches of the island. It offers 6 bedrooms, sleeps 12, 1 mezzanine and 4 shower rooms.
On the ground floor: entrance overlooking a large living room of 50 m2 with fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, a room with bed of 1.60 and a shower room, independent room with bed of 1.60 and a shower room with WC, a room with bed of 0.90 (with trundle bed) and a shower room, access to a mezzanine with other sleeping possibilities.
Dining outdoors, you can enjoy an outdoor shelter with fireplace overlooking a large south facing terrace.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two beds of 0.90, a room with a bed of 1.60, a children's room with bunk beds and a crib. A shower and a toilet.
Some restrictions: linen is not provided (different options are possible) camping and campers are not allowed - Non smoking house - animals in conditions.

Maison très agréable pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Bien située et très fonctionnelle.

Belle pièce de réception qui nous a permis de nous retrouver à l occasion du premier de l an. Maison que nous recommandons pour profiter également l été ou printemps de sa belle terrasse et de son jardin.

Place was unclean and next door to a building site. Beware the extra cleaning charge.

Property layout very good. Wasn’t informed there was a building site next door. Arrived and was informed by the concierge we had to clean the property before we left which was fair enough. However the property wasn’t particularly clean to star with. We left the property cleaner than we arrived and the concierge said this wasn’t good enough!,and charged us for her to clean it. If we refused she would take it out of the much larger security deposit. As she arrived just as we were leaving we had no choice. Overall not a very good experience and I think guests should have the cleaning fee as part of the rental as there was obviously no way the concierge was going to accept any level of cleaning. The ironic thing was as we left the concierge jumped in her car and left the property.
