South exposure facing the Ile d'Yeu, 45m2 terrace with garden furniture, plancha, awning, parasols, swing, garage, private parking, pets allowed.
It is a beautiful house of 190m2 built on the dune, spacious and furnished, very good comfort. Modern and separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge, ... Large living room dining room of 53m2, 4 bedrooms, one of which is 20m2 with 4 beds and a fifth room of 10m2 with sofa bed serving as bedroom or TV lounge.
2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and a third with bathtub. A large garage and an adjoining utility room with freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Close to shops (2 supermarkets 5mn by car, town of Noirmoutier 6km), horse riding, fishing, sailing, (the tip of the Loire where the house is located is a spot for kitistes and snowboarders, hikes, bike paths, kayaks , jet ski, tennis, restaurants, nightclub.

a deposit of 950 euros will be requested upon your arrival in cash or check, then returned if no damage is found.

Exceptionally beautiful! We enjoyed a wonderful 3 weeks in the vacation home on Nourmoutier. The peace and silence were wonderful. The house is very tastefully furnished, there is everything you need for a relaxing vacation, whether in the kitchen, in the living room, on the large terrace overlooking the Atlantic ... , which invited us to swim. Excursions around the island were interesting. The contact and communication with the landlord Loïck was extremely friendly and courteous! We would love to come back!

Parfait et même idéal (si vous ne souhaitez une plage de sable à côté de la maison) . La maison est très jolie, très confortable, très bien équipée . Et le jardin parfaitement adapté aux enfants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles si besoin . Nous avons passé en famille (8 adultes et 2 petits) une semaine magnifique avec cette vue exceptionnelle
