Perched atop River Queen Lane, this beautifully updated condo offers some of the most stunning views in the Yampa Valley. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by breathtaking vistas of the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, Sleeping Giant, and the expansive West Valley. Step out onto your private balcony and you’ll quickly understand why they call it "The Curse of the Yampa Valley"—once you're here, you may never want to leave.

Inside, the spacious open floor plan is designed for comfort and style, featuring all-new furnishings and fixtures. The living area welcomes you with a cozy fireplace, plush sofas, stylish accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just off the entryway, the fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new appliances and all the essentials to prepare everything from casual snacks to gourmet meals.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, a new 42" Smart TV, and a private ensuite bath. A convenient stacked washer and dryer is tucked into a nearby closet. The second bedroom features a brand-new bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, plus another 42" Smart TV and ceiling fan. A full bathroom is just across the hall. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with modern tile, countertops, and a fresh, clean design.

Ridgecrest’s prime location places you just minutes from Mountain Village, Ski Time Square, and the Steamboat Ski Area. Onsite amenities include covered parking, a community outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry, and a shared BBQ grill for guest use.

The condo is great. Very nicely appointed. Great Hot tub and views. It is a decent walk especially with skis to get to the slopes. We did use the free shuttle to drive us back up the hill when it was available. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. I would definitely come back.

The condo had a nice view and was clean. The listing said 2 minute walk to the slopes but that wasn’t true. The walking path in winter is not walkable in ski boots and would have been much longer than a 2 minute walk which was disappointing that we had to drive to the parking garage. Also, the neighbors upstairs were very noisy and constantly walking on the hardwood floors until midnight. Also didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator in building with need to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Might be helpful to indicate there is no elevator in building on listing. Check in and check out was easy and overall enjoyed our stay.

Fun and beautiful -- not perfect due to age of building, but as advertised.

We loved the views from this property. It fit our needs very well. The building is a bit old so the floor is a bit slanted. We had a kitchen sink leak, but they came right away to address it. Overall, very happy with our stay and felt it was a fair price.

Awesome place. Very comfortable King with memory foam padding, and 2twins. Shuttle to ski base very punctual with great communication- rec call early the day before to set it up. The hot tub was open.
