In our cottage "Au Cadran Solaire" studio "Zenith" is on the 1st floor (22 m2), adjoining the owner's home, with independent access A free parking space is guaranteed (possibility of a closed garage, with supplement, and subject to availability).
Its capacity is 2 adults with either a double bed 180cm or 2 beds 90cm
Bathroom / WC separate, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet connection, TV 80 cm LED-HD.
Beds made on arrival. Towels. End of the stay cleaning.

Hôte merveilleux, belle propriété; wonderful host, nice property

L’hôte, Aline, était très accueillante. Elle avait du pain fait maison et d’autres friandises qui attendaient à notre arrivée et était toujours courtoise et serviable quand nous avions des questions. La chambre était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour à Nantes. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et reviendrons ici s’il est disponible à notre retour à l’avenir. Merci, Aline, d’avoir rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. The host, Aline, was very welcoming. She had home baked bread and other goodies waiting when we arrived and was always courteous and helpful when we had questions. The room was just what we needed for our stay in Nantes. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again if it is available when we return in the future. Thank you, Aline, for making our stay that much better.

Un super gîte pour profiter de Nantes et ses environs. L'emplacement permet de partir en vadrouille dès la porte franchie. L'accès est simple et la propriétaire très accueillante. Une excellente adresse (et une mention spéciale pour les petits biscuits maison auxquels je n'ai pas résisté 5mn ! )

Ce gite est impeccable. D'une propreté qu'on ne retrouve pas partout. A proximité de l'Erdre (50 mètres) et des chemins boisés qui la bordent. (footing, vélo...). C'est la campagne en pleine ville ! Le quartier est d'un calme absolu et à proximité à pieds d'un supermarché et d'une excellente boulangerie. La propriétaire (sportive) est très avenante et très arrangeante. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite.

Studio propre et confortable, situé dans un beau quartier calme et boisé.

Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux et attentionnés. Très à l'écoute à nos demandes.. Nous comptons y retourner lors de nos prochains déplacements à Nantes.
