2 bedroom 1 bath 2nd floor unit in a 2 story building. King bed in Master and 2 singles in 2nd bedroom. Fully furnished with all you need for an enjoyable stay as if you were home. Includes cable and internet . Complex has a clubhouse with pool table, library. 2 laundry buildings with card operated washer & dryers. There are 2 pools, shuffle board & tennis courts. Has gate access to Bonner Park which has walking trails and a gazebo on the inner coastal.
Near beach and local attractions.
Close to shopping and dining. 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach. Our complex is on the inner coastal that runs from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. We are located 7 miles south of Clearwater Beach. It is 45 minutes from the Tampa airport.

Immaculate property in a great area

I can not recommend this condo enough. Charles was great to work with and the condo was spotless. A major amenity that I don’t remember seeing listed is that it is right next to a beautiful park with hiking trails that lead to a gazebo on the intercostal. Simply beautiful. You can definitely tell that Charles treats this as a home as opposed to just a rental property. So well taken care of and as nice as the pictures. Highly recommended!

Good location and area. Lots to do around. Would stay again if I hadn't moved in to a condo permanently in the same complex. Haha. Communication was good when a problem came up.

Home searching

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months while searching for our new Florida home. Charlie and Janet have provided and very relaxing place for us to respite after work and while dealing with realtors. The location is wonderful! It is convenientto just about everything. Close enough to walk to the beach or dinner, good for bike riding or just shopping. The complex is clean and the residents are very friendly. Thanks again Charlie and Janet!

Immaculate all updated quiet condo area had everything you need for your stay.Close to everything only 2miles to Indian Rocks beach,restaurants and shopping.Hats off to Charlie and Janet
