Relaxing Getaway on the Gulf!

Welcome to San Remo on the Gulf. We are so proud to offer this beautiful beach condo to the vacation rental market. We take pride in our standards for a beautiful, clean, and sanitized condo for your comfort and enjoyment!

This updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the quiet beach town of Redington Shores Florida. Just south of Clearwater Beach and just north of St.Pete Beach. San Remo is a Gulf front condo building of just 39 units. Some of the building amenities include; heated pool and spa, large cabana with patio tables, plenty of lounge chairs, 2 large BBQ grills , just steps to the white sandy beach of the Gulf, elevators and ample parking.

This newly updated unit has all tile flooring, coastal style furniture, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. The oversized balcony has a partial view of the Gulf. The tranquil Gulf of Mexico sunsets are a must see and only steps away from the condo. The entire condo has a comfortable relaxing beach feel, soothing paint colors and the décor totally say's: I am at the BEACH! The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful coastal furniture and a work space for your computer. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a full size pull out bed. The living room and bedrooms all have a sliding glass door that open out the balcony. Great place for morning coffee or a relaxing cocktail.

Don't worry about lugging too much stuff. We provide the following for your convenience: beach towels, chairs, cooler and kids beach toys. Upon request we can provide baby items for a small fee, i.e. highchair, pack-n-play, etc. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Occasionally we can accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out. Based on availability.

Perfect beach spot

The San Remo is located gulf side right on Redington Shores. It is walking distance to a couple local restaurants and ice cream. We were a little skeptical intially about the 1st floor but it was probably our fav condo w'eve stayed in yet. It was super clean and had a little balcony view of the ocean. I did go and buy a couple more beach towels as there were only 4 and we are a family of 5 but no biggie. We had plenty of towels to shower and a washer and dryer in the unit, which was quite convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely place to stay.

We stayed at the property in late August and it was perfect for us. The accommodation was so spacious, it was spotlessly clean and the check in process was so smooth. Everything was catered for in the apartment such as towels, beach toys, even laundry detergent. If we were to come back to the area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Condo!

This unit was perfect for our young family- 7,5, and 2 year old. It was exceptionally clean and felt like home right away. It was well stocked with towels, pillows, kitchen utensils, etc. and made it easy to stay in for meals if needed. The owner was wonderful to work with and communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. We loved being so close to the beach— that was a huge perk of this location! We hope to return back someday!

Everything we dreamed of!

Great condo! Clean! Great location. Was perfect for my family of 4. My kids loved the pool! This place had everything we needed. We pretty much just stayed there and went to the beach and pool all day every day. Grilled a couple nights. Our contact for the condo Kym was very sweet, amazing, very responsive and informative! We will be back!!

Absolutely Wonderful

This was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in! The pictures don’t do it justice, everything was great. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need, beach chairs, towels, and toys were supplied and much appreciated, bedrooms were super comfortable, the living room was nice and big! Location to the beach is amazing with it being a very short walk. My scared of water 3 year old blossomed on this trip and fell in love with the pool and then the ocean. Definitely book if you’ve been looking at this property, it was everything we could have wanted and more.

This is our second that we stayed at this location. We love it!

The property manager is fantastic and we adore and we adore her! The condo is ideally located for us. We have easy access to both the stairs and elevator. This makes loading and unloading that much easier. The condo is very clean and well appointed. You have every thing you need for a comfortable stay. It is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The sunrises are gorgeous and the sunsets are mesmerizing. This was our second year and we cant wait for our third!

A wonderful family vacation

We recently stayed at Galina’s property and have nothing but great things to say! Everything from the check-in process to the check-out process was great! The condo was very clean, organized, and had all we needed for our stay! Bonus for us, with having two young children, was the baby items offered for a small fee. We were able to have a high chair and pack and play ready for us when we arrived! The beach items (toys, umbrella, chairs, cooler) were also a wonderful bonus! We have already decided we want to return and hope this condo will be available! As a family with young children, the security measures gave us a piece of mind! Key fob for entry to the pool, a code to use the restrooms at the pool, a code to use the stairs to get to our condo, and lots of security cameras throughout the property! We hope to visit again next Summer!

Wonderful stay!

A great condo, and location, for a relaxing stay on the beach! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything you'd need (beach towels, chairs, kitchen supplies, etc.) We were especially happy with how well-stocked the kitchen was - as we like to cook many of our own meals. Plenty of various cooking utensils, a blender, slow-cooker, toaster, etc. Galina was a great host - always sending timely communication, checking in to make sure we arrived without any issues, and notifying us of any property-related updates (ex: the hot tub was being worked on for 2 days during our stay). We also appreciated the little touches around the unit including note pads available, books & puzzles, as well as some extra throw blankets. The property as a whole is one of our favorites, as well. You just can't beat the view from the pool. You can lay out, swim, and enjoy the hot tub all with a view of the ocean. We love it! We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise

Beautiful beach home and the location was so convenient for families who love the beach and sunsets. Not a busy beach area which we loved. We saw manatees, dolphins, and found some beautiful shells and sand dollars on the sand bar out in the ocean. The house was so well stocked and very clean. Host was accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for easy access to the beach and a chill vibe.
