Family house with large enclosed garden. Comfort 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the heart of a village shops 1h30 from Paris by the A6 5 km from the motorway exit. This beautiful old house accommodates up to 8 people and is ideally located in the heart of a pretty village of Puisaye in Burgundy, known for its church classified through its famous 'danse macabre'. A large house of 200m2 with charm, tastefully furnished. Many activities in the village (tennis, hiking trails, ...) and close (fishing, swimming, horseback riding, golf). Close to Joigny and Chablis. Golf Roncemay is 10km. Wifi included.

Großzügige gut ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen Frankreichs

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bietet mit den vielen Räumen und dem Garten einige Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ein kurzer morgendlicher Spaziergang und es gibt vom Bäcker frische Croissant, Pain au Chocolat und Baguette zum Frühstück. Auch Metzger, Post und eine Gaststätte sind vor Ort. Die Region hat vieles zu bieten (Schlösser, Kirchen, Märkte u.a.) und lädt zu Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Gite charmant et très grand

Le gite est excellent pour une grande famille, avec quatre pièces, un beau séjour et une cuisine bien outillée. Le jardin est très calme, avec plusieurs arbres fruitiers (poire, prune, mirabelle). Dans les alentours, il y a un "point pain" dans la Gallerie Acanthe. Il est possible de réserver du pain ou produits de patisserie pour le lendemain. On peut faire des balades dans les champs tout près, derrière le terrain de tennis et l'église. En résumé, un gite excellent pour des vacances de campagne en Yonne.

Maison de village agréable, dans une campagne charmante !

Bon équipement d'ensemble, calme, commodité d'accès, et un bien typique. Le village n'est pas vivant en août, mais beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours, c'est la richesse de la Bourgogne... Propriétaire très accueillante.

Excellente maison de village en Puisaye

Très accueillante et spacieuse maison de famille en cœur de village, avec jardin clos. Plein d'espaces pour famille, enfants et amis. Mobilier de jardin, jeux pour enfants et adolescents, cuisine super équipée, documentation sur la région… Prévoir cependant d'apporter le linge de maison de préférence, et un lit pour bébé. (Abritel devrait être explicite à ce sujet — mais les propriétaires nous ont prévenu à temps!). Au total, j'ai envie d'y revenir.
