Come stay at the gîte on the edge of Grandchamp!
Comfortable cottage of 110m², with its private plot of 950m².
1.5 hours from Paris and 15 minutes from the motorway, bakery in the village offering breakfast, close to all shops.
Between Charny, Aillant sur Tholon and Toucy near the centers of interest of the Puisaye: Colette, Saint Fargeau, le Bourdon, Rogny les sept écluses… you can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, the Golf de Roncenay around the gîte a few minutes or from the equestrian centers.

On the ground floor, fitted kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Senseo ...) with direct access to the terrace with garden furniture and the private garden; adjoining dining room open to the living room: fireplace, TV, sofa bed, library / board games corner.
Chalet where you can find everything you need to enjoy the outdoors: deckchairs, charcoal and electric barbecue, plancha, pétanques, racket games ...
In the first, landing room, bathroom and WC, parental bedroom with 140cm bed and single chaise longue, a second bedroom equipped with a 120cm bed and a fireside chair as well as a sleeping area with a 140 cm BZ and a reads a person.
