Mermaid Lookout Beachfront Condo
This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom will be your happy place! Spectacular views from balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The Dawn Condos are located directly on the Seawall with 2 resort pools (one is heated) and hot tub. Master bedroom has very comfortable queen bed and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located in the loft area overlooks the living room and shares the ocean view. Close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Complex is gated with additional pedestrian access from the Seawall with plenty of unassigned parking. Kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Parking pass is $40 for a 1-3-night stay or $50 for 4 or more nights per vehicle. The Dawn Condominiums was awarded Best Condominium Rental on the Island for 2023.

I live in Galveston very close to The Dawn Condos. I lived in DFW area for almost 40 years before moving to Galveston.
Why they chose this property
Galveston is great for family vacations and getaways with all of the year round events. After looking at other beachfront complexes, The Dawn had the best amenities and condo floors plans. The grounds are very well maintained and the pools are great.
