The large grounds feature lush landscaping with beautiful mature palm trees and the two large resort-style swimming pools (one heated!) featuring waterfalls that have plenty of lounging space. Grills for barbecue located by the pool as well as picnic table. There is also a large hot tub for those tired muscles and a good-sized work-out facility. Please note that the Dawn charges a resort fee that covers parking and pool tags. Simply stop by the office on arrival and pay the fee of $40-$50 depending on length of stay.

The Dawn is truly a spectacular property with beautiful views and a premium location with close proximity to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens Golf Course, Galveston Convention Center and the Historic Strand District shopping area.
It has been completely remodeled and features all the amenities needed for a short or extended stay. This unique floor plan features a soaring 2 story living area with glass doors opening to a large balcony complete with table and chairs for outside dining or drinks. The kitchen features the latest granite counters and stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker,cookware and dinnerware. The living area is equipped with a large flat a screen smart T.V. ,, a collection of books are also available for your reading pleasure. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen television, stunning ocean views, a large walk in closet and connecting bath with a large tub/shower combination. The second loft bedroom is up a spiral staircase and overlooks the living area. It also features a queen size bed.
Additional sleeping is available in the living area with a sleeper sofa that can be unfolded into a queen size bed, an additional memory foam mattress is added to the standard one for a comfortable nights sleep. A large pack and play is provided, as well as an iron and ironing board. A full size washer and dryer in a separate wash room is an added perk. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the dining, living, loft bedroom and master bedroom adding to the airy feeling of the loft.
Plenty of parking space is available for those with multiple vehicles there is a parking charge for the resort of $50 per car per stay no matter how long. this includes pool tags for up to six people. We are up two flights of stairs on the third floor which many not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The view is stunning from the entire condo with ocean breezes galore.
