We offer 4 main beds: 2 kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full size,.
There’s also 2 twin roll away beds + 2 blow-up beds on property.
Backyard BBQ grill & outside seating for 20.
Large perfectly landscaped colorful back yard!
10 ft deep diving pool with diving board !
****Note: The pool & spa jacuzzi is not heated.****
Truly A dream back yard.
Sorry, this home is not suitable for babies or children under the age of 8 years old due to the pool being open - not fenced.
No pets allowed of any kind due to owners allergies..
Backyard has lg grass gorgeous yard and large wrap around covered patio.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances double Dacor ovens & 6 top burner stove top.

The location is the best in Scottsdale. Smack dab in the middle of all the most sought after restaurants & things to do in Scottsdale's zip code 85258. Talking stick is only about 1 mile away. Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall is 4 miles. Several golf courses are within one mile. Off Hayden Rd and Shea Blvd. Quiet, & VERY clean. This home has never ever been smoked in.
5 miles to the January Golf event- Waste Mgt- Phx Open, Barrett Jackson event and 1 mile to the Rockies and Diamondback stadium.

Location Location. Custom surroundings, clean and quiet. Less than 5 miles from Old town Scottsdale and North Scottsdale. Perfect for a large group or small group. Super Super clean. All one level. Travertine floors, throughout main living areas, with new white carpet and padding installed in all 4 bedrooms. Back yard is spectacular.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION LOCATION!!! The three large 9 ft natural wood framed windows in the front of the house are very unique. The lg lot and 9 ft spring board diving pool is unique. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a great feature. The furniture, bedding, and art work inside and outside is unique, & high end. The location is without a doubt, The BEST location in Scottsdale. Back yard is truly a mini Resort. As far as sleeping:, we have Two king beds, one queen, one full size, two roll away beds, one queen blow up mattress and one full size blow up mattress. One huge sectional sofa in family TV room as well two more sofas in the living room is a plus plus plus. Can sleep 10 if needed.
