This home is truly stunning! Close enough to Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District that you can simply walk across the street.

This home away from home is beautifully decorated and very quaint. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably.
The Chefs appointed Kitchen includes granite counter tops with gas cook top and great for entertaining!

Master bedroom includes a walk-in shower with body sprayers, with nice tile surround, large closet for all your belongings and a computer table workspace.

Bedroom 2 includes a large closet with queen size bed.

Bedroom 3 includes another large closet with two full size beds.
All bedrooms have their own TV’s with new plush mattresses for your comfort.

The backyard oasis includes plenty of outdoor seating along with a heated pool if requested for your enjoyment. (Please inquire about fees for pool heating.) *Recommended for months between November through April.

Located in an established Old Town Scottsdale neighborhood less than 4 miles in any direction you will find Camelback Mountain, Salt River Fields, Talking Stick Resort & Casino, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale (voted Best Nightlife), Golf at Silverado, Camelback Golf Club, McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Stonecreek & Starfire. Giants Spring Training Facility, Scottsdale Borgata (Shopping/Dining) & convenient access to the 101 Freeway which will get you anywhere else you need to go (12 miles - 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor)!

Location! Location! Location! and a game room + pool!

This property was a perfect fit for our family of 4 with 2 teen boys! It is conveniently located to the nearby Spring Training fields and we walked into Old Town Scottsdale for dinner one evening. The property manager was helpful, attentive, and very courteous in communicating with us. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stand-alone house rental in Scottsdale!

Spring training vaca!!!

Went to Scottsdale for spring training with family- had the best time! Perfect location for everything you want to do here!! Very clean and comfy! Great communication - many thanks for everything!!

Terrible Experience !!!!!!

This property and the property owner was a horrible experience!!! Communication with owner was terrible. We had a bad feeling for several days leading up to our arrival of this property. And the feeling was warranted. We were canceled out of the home 8 hours after we arrived. We arrived back to the home after dinner the first night to be locked out of the home with or personal property inside?? We contacted Barry to ask what was going on and he said we were evicted for violations.We asked for him to explain what the violations were and was never given a clear answer. We asked to get into the house to get our things and he said No!! He was putting is son to bed. After much pleading he sent someone over to let us get our things. It was very stressful and confusing trying to find new lodging at 11 pm at night. While trying to figure out why were evicted in the first place. VRBO called us immediately the next morning and started an investigation. They were helpful and quick to decide we were entitled to a full refund and offered to pay for our 3 days in a hotel while we found another home for our 18 day stay in Scottsdale. VRBO did restore our faith in renting homes for vacation stays and did everything possible to make a bad situation right. We will definitely use VRBO again but would definitely not recommend this home to anyone it is overpriced and the management was awful!!! On the bright side we found a beautiful home in a great neighborhood with wonderful management!!
