Séjour parfait en famille dans la maison de Cathy. Maison moderne et confortable avec une belle piscine et surtout idéalement située ! Une fois la voiture posée, tout se fait à pieds : plage, resto, centre-ville, marché etc etc. Cathy est une hôte charmante et sympathique qui a toujours un grand sourire ! Nous changeons souvent d’endroit mais nous conserverons précieusement cette adresse ! Qui sait ? Nous y serons peut-être de retour un jour

Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß kann man in wenigen Minuten den Strand und die Innenstadtb

Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei aufkommenden Fragen (Welcher Arzt kann uns helfen? etc.) hat sie uns in kürzester Zeit weitergeholfen. Sie ist sehr unkompliziert und reagiert sehr schnell. Eine prima Gastgeberin.

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben. Es war alles vorhanden und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in prima Lage. Wir hatten mit 7 Personen ausreichend Platz und konnten beide Autos auf das Grundstück stellen. Cathy ist eine sympatische und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die auch jederzeit ansprechbar war. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an cathy!

Maison moderne et confortable. Propriétaires attentifs.

Cette, nous avons eu des problèmes pendant notre séjours avec des travaux de voirie dans la rue de la maison mais les propriétaires ont étés attentifs et nous ont donnés des nouvelles et excuses pendant le séjour, ils ont bien géré. La maison était parfaite, bien située dans lacanau, et proche de la plage - super pour les passionnés de surf. Petite recommendation, essayer de louer cette superbe maison par un autre biais de location car 8 semaines d'encaissement de caution de 2000 euros pour une semaine de vacances - c'est abusif.

Maison agréable et bien située

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa fin août 2018. Elle est très confortable et très agréable à vivre avec une piscine chauffée. La maison est très bien situées à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, du centre et des plages. La famille qui loue la maison était également très sympathique. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine de vacances. A recommander ! Jessica

Villa parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Idéalement située, proche de tout.

L'accueil est parfait. La villa comporte tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La piscine est très agréable. Bien que située près de la plage et du centre ville, la maison est dans un environnement calme. La voiture peut être stationnée dans la cour, ce qui n'est pas négligeable car toutes les rues de Lacanau sont payantes. Maison de vacances à recommander. Merci encore à Cathy et son mari pour tout ce qu'ils ont fait pour nous.

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus mit beheiztem Pool. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und 2 Toiletten. Die Küche ist sehr grosszügig mit Geschirr, Pfannen etc. ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee sowie noch eine mit Pads. Der Fernseher hat Satelitenanschluß und hier auch das deutsche Fernsehprogramm. Die Matratzen der Betten sind sehr gut - was für uns immer sehr wichtig ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet. Im Umkreis von ca. 300 m hat man alles, was man benötigt. So ist man sofort am Strand, es gibt drei Bäcker und auch die Fußgängerzone mit ihren Restaurants und Geschäften ist sofort erreichbar. Im Ort selbst gibt es dann mehrere Surfschulen und mehrere Fahradverleihs. Mit Ausnahme größerer Einkäufe kann man alles zu Fuß erledigen. Der nächste Carrefour ist etwa 100 m entfernt und es gibt auch einen Super U, den man nach kurzem Spaziergang erreicht. Auf dem Grundstück ist ausreichend Platz, um auch mit zwei Autos zu parken. Dies ist äußerst nützlich, da faktisch im gesamten Ort nur gegen Gebühr zu parken ist. Unsere sehr sympatische Vermieterin hat uns bei unserer Ankunft in Empfang genommen und stand uns während unseres Aufenthaltes stets unterstützend zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Placement idéal

Super maison pour 8 personnes avec enfants. Idéalement placée à 5 mn à pied de l'ocean et en plein coeur de Lacanau. Le seul bémol concerne le coût du ménage obligatoire de 200 euros, ce qui parait disproportionné lorsque la maison est restituée dans un état acceptable. Sinon c'est très sympa!

Maison de vacances idéale

Cette maison allie de très nombreux atouts : situation géographique rêve : à 200 m de l'océan et du centre de Lacanau Océan . Neuve, claire, contemporaine alliant design et esprit fonctionnel avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée et 3 salles de bain. Une chambre parentale en Rez de chaussée très agréable; Son jardin cloturé et sa terrasse sont idéalement meublés et permettent aux petits de jouer sans risque. Bref presque parfait sauf le coût exorbitant du ménage obligatoire de 180€ sans compter que vous devez quand même passez l'aspirateur, nettoyer les lavabos ... avant de quitter les lieux
