Magnificent property on a wooded area of 18 hectares comprising:

- A fully-equipped 137 m2 gite (2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace): € 1,600 / week.
- A small chalet of 35 m2 (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in a tree and a terrace by the pool):
80 € / night buffet breakfast included.
- A 60 m2 duplex on stilts (1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, toilet and a ground floor living room):
180 € / night including buffet breakfast (2 nights minimum).

Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Horses, Donkeys, Basin with a hundred magnificent Koi carps with blue eyes.

Leisure center of Poses 10 km away: Windsurfing, hobie cat, water skiing, surfing wave, 18-hole golf course, mini golf bird sanctuary, bicycle rental, cycle paths).

The Seinoscope 10 km away allows you to see the many species of fish going up the Seine. It is quite simply the only vision room on the Seine. It consists of a room with three bay windows, below the water level, overlooking the pass. In addition, there is a vision chamber allowing scientific monitoring of the number of migratory fish each season, via video counting.

Château Gaillard 10 km (Les Andelys) built in 1197 by King Richard the Lionheart.

Rouen at 30 km, its historic city and its splendid Gothic Cathedral (height 151 m) built on Romanesque architecture almost 1000 years old.
