THE SLOPES and the ALPAGE: beautiful apartment of 75 m2 in NEW quiet cottage, near center with superb views over the village and the mountains!

This two-story cottage combines the vicinity of the pistes (50 m.), And the amenities of the village center (100 m.). It is a quiet location, south-west with a exeptionelle views of the mountains and the village!

The T3 on the 2nd floor consists of a large main room living / dining-room of 35 m2 with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (bath-shower) with toilet and sink, 2nd separate WC with hand washing, a second shower in one room.

* Bedroom 1: double bed (160cm), a cupboard, a coffrre
* Bedroom 2: a bed (90 cm), two pull-out beds (2 x 90 cm), wardrobe, shower and washbasin

Pas de chance

Arrivée à Pralognan et belle découverte du chalet impeccable. Ce sera la seule raison de notre bonheur! Car avec 4 jours de ciel couvert et de pluie, nous avons juste eu une demi-journée d'un peu de soleil et d'une vue sur les sommets! Et tout ça dans un village où tous les établissements fermaient. Dommage!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre appartement était vraiment parfait sur tous les critères, que du positif +++ : très beau et charmant, très bien équipée, fonctionnel, très belles finitions, qualité ++ des appareils, très belle vue, terrasse..., très bien situé, bref rien à redire. L'arrivée se fait de façon autonome, avec des indications précises et utiles, tout est bien pensé. Un grand merci à Karine pour ce séjour. Si nous revenons, nous prendrions le même appartement sans hésiter.

Un chalet parfaitement bien placé et très bien entretenu, une propriétaire disponible et arrangeante, des services disponibles (ménage, babysitting etc...), que demander de plus ? On a passé ma famille et moi une semaine parfaite ! Rien à redire.

Bel appartement, confortable et bien situé.

Location conforme au descriptif, d'un bon confort et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la précision des conseils donnés pour y arriver à partir de l'entrée du village; appartement à recommander. Pralognan est un village très agréable et typique. Nous avons pu faire toutes les randos que nous souhaitions en faisant peu de kilomètres en voiture.Village à découvrir si vous ne le connaissez pas.

Chalet très bien situé et très confortable

Le chalet est très bien situé dans le centre de Pralognan à proximité des commerces ce que nous avons apprécié. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire au niveau des équipements, en particulier, dans la cuisine. La vue est très belle sur la montagne. Il peut être un peu sombre lorsque le soleil ne donne pas directement et nécessite donc de l'éclairage dans ce cas. Très belle semaine à Pralognan, nous recommandons.

Je suis ravie que vous ayez passé un bon séjour au chalet! C' est vrai que le charme des poutres apparentes et du bois en intérieur limite la luminosité, c' est pourquoi je viens de rajouter des luminaires, poour un séjour cocooning à la montagne. ;-)

Emplacement de 1er choix , en proximité des commerces (100m) Prestation de très bonne qualité avec un appartement de très belle facture , avec une vue dégagée (magnifique ) sur le plateau de la station Nous sommes venus pour des randonnées raquettes car station très accessible aux randonneurs . Pour les skieurs , le plateau de démarrage des pistes est à 50 m. A recommander
