We booked a last minute VRBO and this place was awesome. Great location, felt very safe, and easy access in and out of the property.

Good for family with small kids

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Property was clean, good location and easy to get in and out. It was very warm during the summer days, but fans and open windows were enough to keep cool in the evenings.

This unit is part of a larger rental complex called Patios du Marais (you can google for reviews as there were none on VRBO when I booked). Overall it was ok but the beds were quite soft and the couch badly stained. Time for a replacement. I had thought it would be an individual owner I was dealing with so just a heads up that is not the case.
