Nice bright bungalow on one level in Provence in the Luberon National Park, adjoining the owner's house, in the countryside, on the hillside, beautiful view of olive groves and forest, very peaceful environment.
Swimming pool (8.5 x 4) shared with the owner, private terrace with garden furniture, large garden; area of the cottage 24 m2 including a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with WC, a private entrance, free parking. New stone and wood construction.
900 m walk from the center of the village of Cucuron, you will have access to all shops.
Nearby, the villages of Lourmarin and Ansouis having the label "most beautiful village in France". This haven of peace will allow you to easily reach the remarkable sites of Provence (Les Baux-de-Provence, Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Sénanque Abbey, Marseille and its creeks ...), as well as summer festivals (Lyric art in Aix-en-Provence, Piano à la Roque d'Anthéron, Theater in Avignon).

Lovely hosts. Accommodation comfortable but kitchen area very small and only 2 mugs and 2 bowls although plenty of plates. Linens a little tired, mattress rather soft and pillows lumpy. Wonderful views from terrace.

Lovely getaway for two!

We spent 4 glorious days in the Sud Luberon, Cucuron, at Anne and Jean-Pierre's lovely little cottage. Quiet, peaceful and extremely picturesque area to enjoy small village markets, small cafes, and country lanes. We highly recommend this accomodation. Both Anne and Jean-Pierre were very welcoming hosts.

What a fantastic glass cottage!!!

What a fantastic glass cottage!!! This cottage is a great place for 2 people wishing to get away from it all, we spent an exceptional week there. Although this cottage might be described as small, it has everything that a couple would need. The kitchen is well equipped with a two ring hob which is supplemented by the addition of a gas BBQ which sits on the upper terrace at the back of the property. The comfortable double bed can be partitioned off from the rest of the cottage by a curtain. This cuts out all ambient light but as there isn’t any from the outside, except for the sunshine in the morning and the moonshine at night a comfortable night's sleep is not a problem. There is ample space for clothes and the storage of luggage. The bathroom is clean, compact and the shower powerful and, for those who do not holiday without a hairdryer, the one provided is standard size! There are sliding doors and windows front and back, which could negate the need for the air conditioning provided but this can also pump out warm air if the nights should turn chilly. Outside is a joy. The terrace is secluded and on two levels, both get the full sun for the vast majority of the day. The lower terrace has 2 comfortable loungers, a table and chairs whilst the upper terrace has the gas fired BBQ on which to cook all of the produce you have bought from the local markets. The pool is great for a cool off after a hot day seeing the sights of the Luberon. Parking is directly outside the cottage and is completely safe. Added to all that Anne and Jean-Pierre are the most welcoming of hosts, they certainly could not do enough for us when we were there but didn’t invade our privacy. Given it’s location, 6/7 minutes walk from the Place de l'Etang in Cucuron, this is an ideal spot to sit back, have a dip, a glass of something cold and enjoy the sky. Would we return, definitely. Séjour inoubliable à Cucuron

Nous hésitons à dire tout le bien de ce que nous pensons de cette location, de peur qu'elle devienne trop populaire et qu'il n'y ai plus de disponibilité lorsque nous voudrons y retourner. Sérieusement tout à été parfait, la maison elle-même, mais aussi l'extérieur, terrasse, piscine etc. Le calme de cet emplacement est remarquable, la proximité de Cucuron qui est un village merveilleux et que dire du Luberon ? Les photos présentées avec l'annonce nous donnent un bon aperçu des lieux mais la réalité est encore plus fantastique. Le plus important selon nous, fut l'accueil chaleureux d'Anne et de Jean-Pierre, des hôtes d'exception, discrets et attentionnés, leur hospitalité est exceptionnelle. Bien sur nous souhaitons y retourner.

Un gîte très beau, très lumineux, et bien equipé. Sa situation au calme dans les oliviers et très proche du beau village de Cucuron est parfaite. Des hôtes charmants, de bon conseil et discrets à la fois. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hébergement.

Très belle expérience à Cucuron !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement était propre et en bon état, et très agréable à vivre malgré les températures élevées lors de notre venue. Les hôtes sont très accueillant, nous avons été ravis de pouvoir échanger avec eux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Zauberhaft

Fußnah nach Cucuron, dennoch absolut ruhige Lage umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen nach heissen Tagen in der Provence ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben jederzeit einen guten Tipp. Super Lage für die Erkundung der Provence! Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour mémorable au coeur de la campagne provençale!

Un séjour inoubliable! À deux pas du centre du village, nous avons pu goûter à la vie de campagne provençale. Et que dire de la piscine au milieu des oliviers! Beaucoup de villages à visiter à proximité. Anne et Jean-Pierre sont des hôtes hors pairs. Extrêmement serviables et sympathiques, ils se sont assurés à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Das Ferienhaus incl. Lage hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Haus ist top sauber, unglaublich hell und auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen innen noch kühl. Der Pool ist ebenfalls bestens gepflegt und hat die ideale Größe zum schwimmen. Im Außenbereich gibt es je nach Bedarf mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind jedoch die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber Anne und Jean-Pierre. Sie haben uns großartige Empfehlungen für die Entdeckung der Lavendelfelder und weiterer landschaftlichen Höhepunkte in der Provence gegeben. Dank ihrer Hilfe konnten wir in nur einer Woche sehr viel erleben.
