Hoiday in Trouville.

The property wss ideally situated, close to brach and main shopping areas. Parking was very useful once one got uded to driving in and out of the garage. Plenty of room in the apartment for the 2 of us and had all the urensils that we required. Very much enjoyed walking from the room down to and along the beach. All in all we had a super time.

View of the sea, ideal location for beach private parking

This was a perfect find, 300m from the beach. A private car park underground so no worries there. It’s about 500m from supermarket, a resteraunt and 800m from Deauville with all you could want. The apartment was clean and tidy. You can sit out on the balcony with your drink of choice listening to the waves. Nice quiet block. The owner was lovely, very helpful and with the aid of Google we covered everything:-). Getting the keys and handback was easy.

Deauville revisited

We stayed last year, loved it so booked it again. Very easy to book the apartment, communication was quick, polite and friendly. Key benefits off street (underground) private parking. Apartment is 300m to the beach. Local supermarket is 5min walk, Deauville town centre is about 800m ish. A nice walk and lots of shops, restaurants etc. For the children there are 2 different bouncy castle play areas. Friendly, clean and good fun, and you can even buy a beer:-). Wi-fi was good, an essential on a rainy afternoon.

Lovely base location

Lovely property, with it being on the border to deauville and TourgĂ©ville, town centre is around a 15 minute walk, or walk 5 minutes directly on to the beach through the private grounds and take the scenic route, deauville its-self is a beautiful town, with up market restaurants and very very clean beaches and the famous boardwalk, finally being quite central in Normandy this makes an excellent base to drive and explore, most things are within an hours drive, event mont-saint michel is just under 2 hours. The apartment was well kept, we was greated by a concierge who gave us some basic advice on access requirements and directed us to the ungerground carpark which is a bonus because parking in France is very expensive. The turn into the carpark does require skill and I feel if you had a big estate car it would become a 6 point turn but we managed. The balcony looks directly out to the sea and it’s nice watching the sunset in the evening!! The only frustration was the gate leading to the beach broke halfway though the stay however, the complex is well maintained and within hours a sign was put up by the maintenance staff. It’s probably fixed by now!! Would recommend.

Eine gute Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage in Deauville. Die Ausstattung ist ok, ausrechend fĂŒr zwei PĂ€rchen oder eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Einen Stellplatz in der Garage ist auch vorhanden . Lebensmittel zu Fuss zu erreichen oder 5-10 min. Autofahrt entfernt. Leider hat ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach draußen. Das Balkon bietet schönen Ausblick auf den Ozean. Alles in allem vernĂŒnftige Ferienwohnung.

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine, l'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© et offre tout le confort manque un lave vaisselle mais pour 2 cela le fait. Carrefour Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de l'appartement pour les courses. Centre ville et belles balades Ă  pieds. Pour ma part nous avons utilisĂ© la voiture que pour notre balade Ă  Honfleur. Unter dem Bett viel Staub und Plastikflaschen von den Vormietern. Bad nicht gut gereinigt. Die BettwÀsche hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Ersatz wurde am nÀchsten Tag problemlos geliefert. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Eine super Woche in Deauville

Sehr schöne Wohnung fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Bilder entsprechen auch dem wirklichen Zustand. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, sehr ruhig und mit wenigen Schritten ist man am tollen Strand. Deauville ist ein sehr schöner Ort den man bequem in 15min zu Fuß erreicht. Nur sind die Preise unglaublich hoch. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat vor und wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts super auf Englisch funktioniert. Der Check in war dann etwas holpriger, da die Dame die uns empfangen hat leider kein Englisch konnte. Durch ihre nette Art war dies aber auch kein Problem. Der einzige Kritikpunkt fĂŒr uns war der viele Staub ĂŒberall in der Wohnung. Da könnte der Reinigungsservice etwas grĂŒndlicher sein. Trotzdem können wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis ist sehr gut. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Deauville verbracht und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

Gut eingerichtete u. renovierte Wohnung mit wertigen Möbeln, stimmigem Gesamtkonzept, ausgestattet mit Bildern, die uns sehr gut gefallen haben. Ein schöner Meerblick vom Sofa und Balkon aus! Eine gute Wohnlage, ruhig und zum Meer ein Katzensprung! GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Bei Regenwetter empfehlenswert: das Kulturzentrum Franciscaines direkt um die Ecke fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub!
