This beautiful NON-SMOKING condo is located in downtown Lexington in the historical distric within walking distance of Rupp Arena and other great local attractions, restaurants, and bars. It is also on the edge of UK's campus with lots of activity & nightlife. This modern condo has a Sub Zero glass front refrigerator, elegant farm house sink, 8 burner Wolf gas Range & Oven , dish washer, disposer, coffee maker, Wolf microwave drawer. Fully equipped with pots and pans. Two gas fire places, four 52" Smart Flat Screen T.V.'s, wifi, wet bar, private front porch and work space area. All appliances stainless steel. All granite counter tops including bathroom vanities and wet bar with wine rack. Security System.Guests can receive 25% off I.V. Hydration at Foster Medical during their stay at this Condo and Urgent Treatment Visits for $125.00 as well. Foster Medical is Open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Pets are allowed up to 80 pounds. Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required.

Late check out fees:
No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon.
$50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm
Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm
Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay.
This Condo is located near downtown nightlife.
Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends.
If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee.
Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of ANY kind is found there will be a $500 charge.

Basketball trip

Loved the house! Very clean and alot of character. In town for a basketball game, great location to Rupp. Can be noisy with the bars in close proximity but we knew that going in. Would stay there again!

Beautiful nicely Ky furnished condo in a great location for getting to granduation the campus and downtown. But the Hookah lounge next door was ridiculously loud until 4 am perhaps they should be sited for noise nuisance violations,

Nice condo but super loud

The condo itself fit our family well. The kitchen is well stocked and # of bed/baths was perfect. Being close to the college was nice; however, the noise at night was unbearable. The kids slept in the back bedrooms and were somewhat shielded by the sound. Trying to sleep in the front bedroom was near impossible until the party scene outside stopped at 4a each night of our stay (Fri & Sat). Super loud music, people partying/talking outside bedroom windows and constant sirens made for very challenging nights. We will look elsewhere for our next trip to Lexington.

Amazing property

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely property. Everything that was needed was provided. Easy walk to Rupp Arena for our daughter’s graduation. No fighting graduation traffic.
