This NON-SMOKING Condo features a horse theme throughout! Located in the Historical district of downtown Lexington that is within walking distance to Rupp Arena, Restaurants, and bars! It features a large kitchen with bar seating and Granite counter tops. It has all stainless steel appliances such as a gas stove, refrigerator, and dish washer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. Coffee maker and toaster. Large farmhouse sink and washer and dryer! This Condo also has 4 Smart T.V.'s!
Parking is right outside the Condo. Pets cannot exceed 80 pounds and Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required.
Late check out fees:
No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon.
$50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm
Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm
Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay. Guests will receive 25% off I.V. Hydration Therapy at Foster Medical during their stay as well as $125 Urgent Treatment visits.
Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends.
If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee.
Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of ANY kind is found there will be a $500 charge.
