This beautiful downtown NON-SMOKING condo features wildlife and hunting decor. It has one gas fire place in the living room, 3 Smart T.V.'s, Sub Zero glass front refrigerator, Wolf Gas Range & Oven, Sub Zero microwave drawer, dishwasher in the Kitchen with granite counter tops and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The condo comes with a long list of amenities and personal touches. Guests will also receive discounts at Foster Medical and Foster Aesthetics Clinic when staying at condo. Pets are allowed up to 80 pounds. Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required
Owner asks for guest to send Copy of AKC Registration or Certificate/Letter from Vet to verify breed.
Late check out fees:
No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon.
$50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm
Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm
Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay.
Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends.
If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee.
Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of ANY kind is found there will be a $500 charge.
