About this property

Located in a small (25 units) gated condo complex right on Paseo Malecon, Casa Soleado is a fully equipped vacation condo. Renovations include new kitchen, new paint, and new bathroom sink area and bathroom shower The condo overlooks the beautiful pool area, and has a large deck that comes with a bbq, outdoor table and umbrella. Included in the condo are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, snorkel equipment, and tennis racquets. Casa Soleado is within an easy walking distance to Old Town, and is only minutes from shopping and restaurants. The beach is across the street.

Decent Place Close to the Beach

The apartment is fairly clean, the bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is great with nice, albeit expensive, restaurants nearby. The clothes dryer is a drying rack. A previous review said that the bed wasn’t a queen, but it is. The hot water heater went out while we were there. It was hard to contact the manager, but it was fixed within 24 hours. The furniture is a bit shabby, overall the place is fine.

overall impression is adequate accommodations. kitchen cutlery hogpog. bedding was inadequate, pool needs tile work, multiple loungechairs broken. location right on the mainroad, extremely noisy . pictures of site were misleading.

It was exactly as advertised. Would have been nice to have a dryer. The bathroom was great. Shower was fabulous

Relaxing break

This condo is in a great location, you do hear a lot of traffic noise when out at the pool but other than that it is right across from the beach and easy walk into San Jose.
