About this property

Club La Costa Hotel Zone Beautiful 1 Bedroom Condo Across From The Beach

We have a one bedroom fully appointed condo overlooking a the beautiful cactus garden. We are located in the hotel zone, a mere short stroll to the beaches .
Access to 3 pools , closest is steps from your home.
Each pool has it's own deluxe hot tub.
We have tv, internet, washer/dryer, full cooking, beach bags and umbrella and chairs.
The quaint downtown area of San Jose is only a 20 minute walk. The main large grocery store is also only a 20 minute walk.
One can stroll into the heart of town via the estuary and see the abundant wildlife.
Cabo San Lucas is about a 25 minute ride by car or by local bus.
There is also a new shopping area located on the street just outside out complex.
The main snorkeling beach (Cheleno Beach) is also a short ride by car or bus.
We live in a very safe and very friendly complex, you can make great friends virtually immediately.
Unfortunately we can not accommodate animals .

We absolutely love staying at this condo resort! My husband loves to golf at the course near by, everyone is friendly and welcoming and the pool is never busy.The grounds are well kept and clean. Location is fantastic! We can walk everywhere. We had everything we needed in our condo and the owners were super easy to contact and super nice!We will be back

Check in was easy, location is great being close to beach, condo is a little over furnished and many items left by past renters could be reviewed and tossed (especially food items). Can be a little noisy on the balcony as it faces into courtyard and close to pool …seems many staying there are regulars who know each other and so naturally tend to gather/talk/party…guests wanting to socialize will enjoy it.

Cute condo with great Mexican Decor

Everything I needed in the kitchen. Comfortable furniture for chilling in the evening. nice patio overlooking the immaculate garden. Short walk to the pool, and the BEACH. We didnt even rent a car since we could walk where ever we needed. And, Uber is stupid cheap.. I recommend this great unit for relaxing, open the doors and enjoy the breeze.

Good Spot!

Place was a little outdated is only negative I have. Good location about 5 min from restaurants and beach access. If your worried about safety it's like your in a retirement community in Canada. Property manager is Canadian is on site if you need anything.

1995 and it has been a wonderful experience. We have rented to folks from
all over the world and they all love the complex, the home and Los Cabos especially
San Jose.
We are close to shopping, groceries, across from the beach and of course a short bus or car ride from Cabo San Lucas.

Why they chose this property

We offer a very comfortable and fully contained home. We have free wifi, satellite TV,
A/C , new queen bed, and a very happy and friendly neighbors and owners.
