Villa Marguerite, Haven of Peace on I'le du levant
Ground floor of a house. Accommodation of 55m2, a large room 3 places (bed 140 and 90), living room that can serve as second bedroom in summer (sleeping sofa bed 140) since we live on the large terrace of 150 m2 with views of nature, the sea and the island of Port Cros. Large kitchen where you can eat at 6, bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry. All in a Provencal garden of 2000 m2, olive trees, pistachio lentisks, arbutus, aloe vera, orange ... Property located 4 minutes walk from the Port. Island where naturism is mandatory by the sea and on the beach, prohibited on the Port and free on all the rest of the Island. Water is not drinkable on the island. Bottles of drinking water can be delivered by one of the 2 grocery stores. There are several restaurants including 3 near the house. Ideal location quiet for people wishing to enjoy the sea and nature without light pollution and without a car. No noise, even on festive nights ... Possibility of small hikes on the edge of cliffs. Nature preserved ...

Agréable séjour
Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Appartement confortable pour un couple + un ami ou un couple + 3 enfants… literie confortable, jolie décoration, cuisine bien équipée, grande douche dans la salle de bain. Propriété située non loin du petit Port, à 10/15 minutes de marche du village centre (attention ! Ça monte !). Très calme. Idéal pour s’accorder une respiration « Nature »!

Schönes Häuschen
Tolles Haus mit guten Details, man spürt das der Eigentümer es selbst nutzt. Es liegt ideal auf halber Höhe zwischen Hafen und Dorfplatz. Herrlich ruhig, schön zum Entspannen. Wir kommen sehr gerne in dieses kleine Paradies zurück.
Am Wochenende sind noch andere Personen in der zweiten Wohnung.

Ankommen und genießen
Lage, Ausstattung und Garten sind sehr gut.
Auf Ile Levant liegt das Haus im Vergleich nicht so hoch, so dass Meer und Hafen gut zu erreichen sind. Zum Lebenmittel-Laden muss man aber weit den Berg hochlaufen. Einkäufe sollten gut geplant sein.

Que du bonheur !!!
Tout à fait conforme à l'annonce publiée sur le site (très bien équipée et idéalement placée),la "villa Marguerite" et l’île du Levant sont des endroits extras pour passer des vacances vraiment régénérantes.
De la terrasse la vue est superbe,le calme est réel et provenant du jardin il y a des parfums enchanteurs...
Rajoutez à tout ça une très bonne communication avec des propriétaires (Agnès et Benoit) sympas et heureux de faire partager leur petit coin de paradis et vous avez compris que nous reviendrons rapidement à la "villa Marguerite".
Evidemment, nous recommandons vivement.
