☀️ Welcome to our charming country house with breathtaking sea views over the Bay of Gigaro!
🏡 The house is quietly located in the middle of nature and in the "Mas de Gigaro" complex, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur.
✨ Enjoy breakfast with sunrise on the terrace and the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the sea.
📍 Perfect for couples, families or friends (max. 4 people)- here you can experience peace, nature & that real South of France feeling.

In the house (for max. 4 people) with 68m2 on 2 floors there are 2 bedrooms of approximately the same size, each with a double bed with single mattresses (dimensions: 2 x 90x200 cm), a bathroom with a rain shower, a separate toilet, the living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a 42 m2 terrace, as well as a garden in front of the house and below the terrace.
On the upper floor there is air conditioning for the particularly hot days and also for heating in winter. There are also 2 sun loungers at your disposal!
Free WLAN (internet access) and a free private parking space are also available to our guests!

In the complex there is a supervised pool with clubhouse and tennis courts (for a fee, but only a small fee!). The complex is very spacious and private right down to the sea.

Only 10 km from the world-famous Pampelonne Beach with beach clubs (e.g. le Club 55) and only 14 km to Saint Tropez!

On the beach of Gigaro (sea) there are several restaurants (prior reservation absolutely necessary!) and bars as well as a small SPAR supermarket with groceries for daily needs (distance from our Mas: 1 km, 20 min walk). The village of Croix-Valmer can be reached by a free shuttle service in high season!

In the high season we only rent on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday)! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

Wonderful Gigaro stay :)

We have just returned from a week at Andreas' place in Gigaro. What a wonderful week of sunshine, swimming and relaxation. The location is great, and very close to both a pool and beach, and the area very peaceful. Would highly recommend and would love to come again!

The accomodation was very clean and we liked ist very much. Especially the sea-view.We felt very comfortable there. The house is very cosy and ideal for two people. But, in our opinion, the shrubs in front of the terrace need to be trimmed soon, because they will obstruct the view in the future. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck with the neighbours during the first week. They were very noisy, but after they left, everything was really lovely.It is quite a long way from the entrance gate of the community to the house. The road is very winding und bumpy. And after this, to get into the house, you have to climb a lot of stairs.But once you sit down on the terrace, you forget all that.

Das Haus entspricht den für St. Tropez und Umgebung typischen Ferienhäusern mit absolut top Aussicht auf die Bucht von Croix Valmer und den vorgelagerten Inseln. Die Ferienanlage (also der gesamte Berg-Hang) ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt stimmig. Da der Vermieter ein Deutscher ist, hatten wir zum ersten Mal deutsches Fernsehen und die Kommunikation verlief auf Deutsch. Für nicht des Französischen mächtige Personen sicherlich ein wichtiger Punkt. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr sympathisch und es wird alles getan, um eine reibungslose Urlaubsplanung sowie einen schönen Urlaub zu verleben (viele nützliche Tips zur Urlaubsgestaltung und jederzeitige Ansprechbarkeit bei z.B. Problemen mit WaiPu TV). Wir hatten das Glück, trotz Hochsaison, keine direkten Nachbarn (direkt angrenzend) zur Linken und Rechten zu haben, so dass es traumhaft ruhig dort war. Unsererseits insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung und sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal bei diesem Vermieter. Wir haben schon ein wenig Erfahrung, da es insgesamt für uns der 19. Besuch in St. Tropez und/oder Umgebung war.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Hund zwei Wochen im Juli in der Ferienwohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen!Besonders die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief hervorragend. Unser Tipp: Dessen Hinweise in der Broschüre lohnen sich, z.B. die Bootstour nach St Tropez, die empfohlenen Märkte ...Die Strecke von der Unterkunft zum Strand kann man sicher zu Fuß bewältigen, empfehlen würden wir das aber nicht. Auch da haben wir uns an die Gastgeberempfehlung gehalten und haben auf dem Parkplatz hinter dem kleinen Supermarkt geparkt. Ist nicht teuer, die erste Stunde ist auch kostenlos.Beachtenswert ist auch die Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Gerade was die Küche anbelangt haben wir das schon sehr oft sehr viel spartanischer erlebt. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen!

Der Zugang zum Eingangsbereich ist körperlich anspruchsvoll. Man wird aber mit dem Ausblick von der Terrasse und aus den Räumen auf die Bucht reichlich belohnt.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für Selbstversorger perfekt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles war gut ausgestattet und sauber, Der Ausblick von der Terrasse wunderschön. Das Haus liegt perfekt, wenn man das Naturschutzgebiet auf dem sentier littoral erwandern möchte.

Schönes Haus in fantastischer Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Blick über die gesamte Bucht ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung ist in einem wirklich guten Zustand. Die Zuwegung vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist etwas speziell (über 60 Stufen bis zur Haustür).

Traumhafte Aussicht

Hier hält die Realität das Versprechen, das durch die Bilder gemacht wird. Schon am Morgen ist die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern auf das Meer und die Inseln großartig. Die Küche hat uns erlaubt, uns - nach einem Großeinkauf - selbst zu verpflegen. Man merkt auch die guten (Vor-)Mieter, welche genügend zurücklassen, so dass zunächst einmal alles vorhanden war. Der Vermieter war sowohl telefonisch als auch per Email unverzüglich erreichbar und konnte uns immer helfen.

Traumurlaub

Der Blick von dieser schönen und großen Terrasse ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit 2 Kühlschränken, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die ganze Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder hatten Spaß am großen Pool. Die Strandbars im Ort laden zum Chillen ein. Schöne Strände. Ein Ausflug nach Saint-Tropez lohnt sich, Bummeln in Port Grimaud oder Markt in La Croix Valmer. Die Gegend bietet alles für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Besonders der Blick und die Terrassen sind fantastisch! Außerdem gibt es sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen vorab. Vor Ort sind alle Dinge für den Alltag vorhanden von Waschmaschine, über Spühlie bis hin zu Strandmatten. Nur die Betten könnten bei Zeiten mal mit neuen Matratzen ausgestattet werden. Ansonsten war unser Urlaub in der Unterkunft fantastisch und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber super freundlich und schnell :)

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Provence

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, allerdings unbedingt Autan mitnehmen. Die Schlafzimmer hatten Mückengitter. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire. Die Zugänge zu dem Haus vom Parkplatz sind mühsam, insbesondere mit Einkäufen und Gepäck. Die Stufen zur Terrasse gehören dringend überarbeitet.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienanlage, sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war auch sehr gut ausgestattet (deutsche Standards). Die Terrasse und der Meerblick sind gigantisch!

Vue admirable sur les îles et la canopée de pins parasols

Le petit mas est joliment meublé et la terrasse très agréable. Le plus est évidemment la vue changeante sur la mer et les îles ( cf mon commentaire d'il y a deux ans signé Emmanuel). Un petit moins : personne pour vous accueillir et la clé est envoyée par la Poste. Je connaissais la maison, mais pour les nouveaux venus dans cette très grande résidence ? ...

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem Komplett ausgerüstet. Schöne Sicht über die Bucht. Für an den Strand muss man gerne Wandern. Ist zu Fuss ca.20 Minuten.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus mit dem unglaublichen Ausblick. Die Anreise hat perfekt geklappt, wir hatten sogar den Freude am zweiten Tag ein Glas Rose mit dem Gastgeber zu trinken. Wir waren in der Nachsaison dort, das heißt der Parkplatz am Strand war problemlos nutzbar. Zudem hatten wir E-Bikes dabei, die wir auf dem Parkplatz unterhalb des Hauses platziert hatten, Dies funktionierte problemlos und ist als Alternative zum Auto zu empfehlen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus sehr gern weiter - genießen Sie den Ausblick und die Stille
