A spectacular, recently renovated home new to the vacation rental market. Ideally located in the Ft. Lauderdale/Wilton Manors area; the home is in walking distance to a bevy of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Ft. Lauderdale beach is less than a 10 minute drive away. Relax on the beautiful resort-like patio and gardens with the very private heated pool, sun deck and an outdoor shower. Top to bottom home renovations include porcelain floors, 2 marble baths with cabana doors to the pool, high end kitchen appliances and finishes, as well as an in house laundry room. Both bedrooms have televisions

Very nice clean place and very modern

The place is really nice. The kitchen is great. The backyard was perfect, it was private, and the pool was terrific. The place looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Wilton Manors.

The house was as advertised. It was a perfect location with easy accessibility to Wilton Drive. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for the two of us, with nice modern features, the place is as pictured, we loved the pool, we had no issues, also, it was very close to the beach. We would rent again from Patrick.

Property was exacty as described and as good as the other reviews show. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We felt very safe in this area and loved the house. Very modern and clean as was the outdoor area and pool as well. Would book again next time we are vising this area.

Great house! Great location!

I arrived in Fort Lauderdale during the once every 1000 years rain and flooding and had no problems in the beautiful house! And I even got to enjoy the pool when everything subsided! Patrick is a terrific host and communication with him was very easy! I also loved the neighborhood!
