Beautiful waterfront house with private heated pool (89 degrees) in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. This spacious home has 3 BR, 2BR with open, airy floor plan that includes a living room and separate tv/entertainment room plus dining area. The outside pool area has a large open dock and sits on a wide waterway perfect for crafts, kayaking and more. Free access to all amenities: wifi, washer/dry, BBQ grill available on pool deck. TV with cable, Apple TV, and Netflix for entertainment. Has a Ring doorbell camera on the front door for safety.

Memorial weekend

Spent a long peaceful weekend at the home that a friend who visited called “ serene” quiet, nice pool, on a canal. Nice to spend quiet time enjoying friends. Always recommend.

Amazing!!!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The owner is so helpful and accommodating. The house is in a very quiet community and close to everything! We loved our family vacation and would definitely stay here again if in the Fort Lauderdale area!
