To reassure potential tenants following the current controversy about scams on Abritel, the last two photos correspond to the summary of the last audit performed (1 every 5 years).

The studio of the Route Impériale of 27m² located on the ground floor in Neuville Dieppe (district of Dieppe), is set back from the street (easy parking and free). Its location allows if desired to leave Dieppe bypassing the city center. (Bus stops at 50 m)

For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to store bicycles in a garden shed locked (in common with the neighboring -even owner-F1)

The studio consists of a fitted kitchen / fitted and a bedroom area.

The linen is not supplied apart from the duvet and blankets

The toilet is separate from the bathroom (sink, shower).

The wifi is free.

In addition to the common garden shed in the neighboring T1, the accommodation has a private storage room with two chairs, a garden table plus a parasol and a barbecue (charcoal not supplied).

The studio is validated one star and equipped for two people (1 baby is a person) without animals (tourist tax of 0. 40 € per night and per person over 18 years). Power consumption is extra.

For two couples wishing to leave together while being independent it is possible to rent the apartment next to the Imperial Road (32m²). Indeed next to this accommodation is an F1. Two permanently closed doors including a landing (which allows a soundproofing) separate the two housing. If two couples want to come together, it is possible to open these two doors to have a large home and avoid the passage through the common areas to join.

Note: the windows overlook the courtyard and the parking space of the neighboring apartment.

For people preferring to be downtown, the furnished Béthencourt can accommodate you in the studios of the DRC (25m ²) or the 1st floor (23m ²).

We do not make the rent by the night or weekend. Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Possibility to pay by check rather than by card upon booking, thank you to contact the owner. It is also possible to pay the deposit by check so it will be painless unlike a payment via the platform.

Holiday checks accepted for the balance excluding tourist tax and electricity consumption.

Rates and cancellation policy different when directly accessed by the site rental.

Un très bon accueil de la propriétaire , elle nous à expliqué l histoire de la ville de Dieppe,il y avait un jolie bouquet de fleurs dans un vase,sur la table a notre arrivés ainsi qu'un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Logement très propre et bien isolé phoniquement. Très content de notre séjour à Dieppe

Excellent rapport qualité/prix
La location est conforme à ce qui indiqué, la literie est neuve, la vaisselle est très nombreuse. Beaucoup d'explications orales sur ce qui est à visiter mais aussi sur un livret , d'ailleurs l'emplacement permet de sortir très vite de Dieppe. Le jardin est petit mais il permet d'utiliser sans problème le barbecue et d'y manger. Dommage que la location ne soit louable que pendant la période estivale.
