Single storey house of 80 m2, in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2013, comprising:

- a large living room under cathedral ceiling with
   living room, dining room, TV + DVD player, sofa bed
   convertible 2 places,

- an open and equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven
  microwave, fridge and freezer,

- Two bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90,

- A bathroom with shower

- garden and terrace with lounge and barbecue.

Very quiet and relaxing place

Price:

- 550 € / week in July and August
- 450 € / week the rest of the year

Nice house i a great region

This house in the Vendee is really great to stay and from there explore the lovely region. Different great beaches at a 20 min drive, some nice towns nearby. The house provides all the comfort you need for a relaxing holliday. And contact with the very friendly owner is very easy Thank you for the hospitallity!

Die Lage ist sehr geeignet, um Ausflüge zu machen, sei es bis Nantes, sei es an die Küste. Was das Haus selbst betrifft, so hat uns die Lage sehr begeistert, das große Grundstück und die Ruhe waren wirklich sehr wohltuend. So waren wir für uns und hatten genug Freiraum. Im Haus selbst gefällt uns, dass insbesondere der Wohnraum mit seiner Höhe großzügiger ist als gedacht. Die Ausstattung finden wir insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings gibt es tatsächlich zwei Dinge, die uns recht beeinträchtigt haben. Zum einen ist die Qualität der Betten, vor allem der Lattenroste (sehr instabil) und der Matratzen (sehr dünn), für uns nicht ausreichend gewesen. Zum anderen herrscht ein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, Ur von den Schränken. Die Duftspender wiederum waren uns zu viel. Diese beiden Sachen wären verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche: es waren zu wenig Esslöffel da, wir hätten auch einen Wasserkocher gut gefunden (es gibt nur eine Filtermaschine für Kaffee), außerdem passende Topfdeckel in kleineren Größen. Der Check-In war extrem unkompliziert, da gibt es nichts zu verbessern.

Gîte entouré d'un vaste terrain et sans vis à vis garantissant ainsi la tranquillité. Idéalement placé pour profiter du calme et des visites de l'intérieur tout en restant à porté de vélo de l'océan (St Gilles :13 kms).

Agréable vacances au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Soullans. Maison au calme entourée de verdure, proche des commodités en voiture (Super U Challans à 5min). La maison est agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour les vacances. Très bon contact avec l’hôte qui est toujours disponible. Arrivée et départ autonome très appréciable.

Séjour agréable location idéalement situé et au calme

Maison entourée d'un immense jardin idéal pour les enfants et les grands. Nous avons eu beau temps et avons pu profité de l'extérieur. La maison est bien équipée. Toutefois quelques éléments auraient dû être précisé comme la non fourniture des draps. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que le four. Cela a mis à mal un peu le séjour. Il faut aussi préciser qu'il n'y avait pas de sèche linge mais un chauffe serviette. Région magnifique. Nous y reviendrons.
