We (family with 2 kids) spend a nice summer vacation week and enjoyed our stay in Annick‘s place.We really spend a lot of time at the balcony due to the great ocean view and at the beach that can be apporouched through a direct path.Our contact person at the place to hand over keys and flat was friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Vor allem die Umgebung und die Lage der Unterkunft sind großartig! Wir haben die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge erleben könne und das tolle brausende Meer - herrlich. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Etwas schwieriger ist die Parkplatzsituation, die sich je nach Tag und Wetter ändert - aber es gibt immer einen Platz irgendwo auf dem Gelände. Von außen sind die Gebäude ein bisschen vom Wetter gezeichnet, aber stört null. Dafür kann man mehr in die Natur gucken und den tollen Infinity Pool genießen … war ein schöner Urlaub! Gern wieder.

Toffe en sportieve vakantie.

Mooi ruim appartement vlak aan het strand. Voor mensen die graag wandelen is het centrum van Biarritz op een half uur stappen. In de zomer is er ieder half uur een gratis busdienst ( N13) naar Biarritz. Aan beide stranden is er een surf school en kan je surf materiaal tegen schappelijke prijzen. Een geslaagde vakantie. Aangenaam ontvangst.

Emplacement magique !

La résidence Edouard 7 est idéalement placée! Un bonheur ! L’appartement est très correct, les lits sont confortables, nous sommes très bien accueillis Petit bémol cependant car la cuisine et la salle de bain sont un peu vieillotte, l’appartement aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf Sinon nous avons passé un séjour magnifique

La cuisine a été refaite il y a 4 ans avec des appareils électroménagers neufs ! La salle de bains est en marbre !

Emplacement idéal … mais…

Cet appartement a un emplacement idéal puisqu’au pied de la résidence , accès direct à la plage et piscine. Vue superbe avec coucher de soleil face à nous ! Points négatifs : en arrivant , avons découvert que tous les balcons étaient officiellement inaccessibles !! Mesure de précaution prise par le syndic car immeuble à rénover … mais heureusement, la propriétaire a été arrangeante qd nous lui avons signalé notre mécontentement ! Aussi , dans la chambre avec lits jumeaux, ce sont des lits de 80cm de large et non 90 comme indiqué sur l’annonce … donc ces lits sont faits pour des personnes de taille moyenne ou enfants …

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser schönen großen Wohnung mit dem traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik! Zusätzlich zu dem Balkon zur Meerseite gibt es noch einen großen Balkon zur Ostseite auf den man aus den beiden Schlafzimmern kommt. Hier lassen sich in der Vormittagssonne prima die nassen Badesachen trocknen. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Einzig ein größerer Topf z.B. zum Kochen von Nudeln könnte noch ergänzt werden. Wir haben dafür dann den vorhandenen Schnellkochtopf genutzt 😉 Die Übergabe durch Madame Vitrat lief auch gut. Sie konnte nur französisch, aber das haben wir mit ein wenig französisch, Zeichensprache & Internet-Übersetzer gut hinbekommen. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktionierte auch problemlos. Die Nähe zu den tollen Stränden war Klasse und die Kinder hatten zusätzlich Spaß im Pool. Parken war spannend, da nur wenige Plätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden sind. Am Ende haben wir immer einen gefunden. Wenn nicht, direkt vor der Residenz gibt es einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz auf dem man sich stellen könnte. Den ausgewiesenen kostenlosen Shuttle ins Zentrum haben wir nicht gefunden. Es gibt aber schräg gegenüber eine Bushaltestelle von wo wir auch ganz bequem in die Stadt fahren konnten. Wir haben in Biarritz eine tolle Zeit verbracht und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Vacances de rêves

L’appartement est très bien situé. La plage est à 5 minutes, propre et surveillée. L’appartement est très bien équipé, au 5 ème étage avec une superbe vue. Le seul bémol : il est difficile de trouver une place de parking dans la résidence qui est surveillée, mais parking de la plage gratuit à proximité Toute la famille est d’accord pour conseiller cet location

Appartement à Biarritz

Le séjour a été très agréable. L’appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. Nous regrettons toutefois que le wifi public offert avec la location soit quasiment inaccessible et inopérant. Ce qui, en tant que canadiens, nous a causé des difficultés importantes pour communiquer avec nos familles. La gérante de location et la propriétaire sont facilement accessibles. Nous recommandons cette location.

Toller Urlaub.

Wir hatten im August eine wunderschöne Woche in Biarritz. Das Appartement liegt wunderschön am Meer, mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen und kurzen Wegen zum Strand. Auch der Pool war für uns immer eine Option. Vor der Tür fahren zwei Buslinien ab, so waren wir hier auch ohne Auto mobil. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war super. Wir hatten zu viert jede Menge Platz und es fehlte an nichts. Wir können hier eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich. :-)

Très bon séjour

Appartement décoré avec goût, très fonctionnel et moderne. La vue sur l’océan est exceptionnelle. La piscine est également très agréable. La résidence est sécurisée et l’accès à la plage est très facile. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Il n’y a pas de box (wifi uniquement public dans les 2 chambres et pas évident à obtenir, ce qui n’a pas été un problème pour nous). Seul bémol : il n’y a pas assez de place de parking au mois d’août dans la résidence.

Tolle Lage, schöner Strand

Wlan in der Wohnung nur mit öffentlichem Netz auf dem Ost-Balkon ist eine Frechheit. Freie Parkplätze sind sehr knapp. Die Wohnung war sauber , gut eingerichtet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik und den sehr schönen Pool.

Une vue exceptionnelle

Grand appartement confortable, bien équipé, très propre et conforme aux photos et descriptions. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue fabuleuse sur l'océan (notamment au coucher du soleil), ainsi que la proximité immédiate des deux plages Milady et Marbella avec accès direct depuis la résidence. Les cours de tennis sont en bon état et la piscine est très bien entretenue. La résidence est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre et les premiers commerces sont à 10 minutes.

Great place to stay in Biarritz

Arriving in the apartment in Biarritz we were immediately bowled over by the view and we really didn’t tire of it. The location is amazing with private pool & private access to a great beach, and the town centre is just a 20 minute stroll, with great restaurants, cafes bars and shops. We will definitely be coming back.

Great apartment with an unforgettable view!

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we had an amazing time in Biarritz. The apartment is fantastic, it has everything we needed for our stay, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, separate toilet and a nice spacious bathroom. The swimming pool was clean and had a nice temperature and it is bigger as we had expected. Not to forget, the apartment is directly next to Milady Beach and it has an unforgettable view from the balcony on the ocean. If you like to walk, the bakery and a little supermarket are about 10 to 15 min away and Biarritz Center about 25 min. But you can always take the free shuttle bus or the normal bus. Mrs. Goupy is a very nice and helpful hostess. If there was a little problem, we could call her anytime, thank you!

La Résidence Edouard VII offre une vue exceptionnelle sur l'Océan. L’ascenseur est adapté pour 1 seule poussette. Les place de parking sont réservés aux Résidents, plus nombreux au mois d’août.
