About this property

Unique, in-Town location with a 5 bedroom Main House and an additional 4 bedroom Guest House/Cottage (two additional non-conforming bedrooms as well, one in each house). The Property is a 8 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants, features a heated pool with outdoor television and fireplace, and has direct access to the Madaket bike path via a private gate behind the cottage. The main house was completed in late 2018 and the cottage was updated at the same time. This is the perfect property for large families who want some privacy amongst themselves, or multiple families looking to share a vacation.
