- Verfied ID required before booking. Memorial Day Wknd/Wk: Families/couples only, renters must be 30+ years of age
- July & August rentals are 7 day minimum, Saturday to Saturday. Other months are 3 day minimum and may start/end any day of week
- Pool is not included Oct 1 to April 30th. During that time guest house is only available on request at added fee.
