Very nice apartment, large terrace private park, close to Majorelle.
renovated and bright apartment with a large friendly terrace overlooking a park, quiet.
The apartment on the first floor consists of:
- 2 double bedrooms
- 1 bathroom with large Italian shower
- large living room with flat screen
- equipped kitchen
- elevator
- car park
In the Gueliz, but very quiet and close to the Majorelle Gardens (10 minutes walking), Plaza 5 minutes and Wintering in 15 minutes.
Jemaa El Fna Square in 20 minutes on foot.
Perfect for families and couples.
We bend to local laws without any exception, and it is forbidden to foreign or foreign having report (fee-based or not) with a Moroccan or Moroccan if they are not married (certificate required). We will be forced to put an immediate end to the lease if this is not respected, and without refund.
