About this property

Come enjoy this wonderful condo duplex ( right side) with 4 bedrooms, parking for 5 vehicles and just a short walk to the beach with nice access in Club Colony . Charcoal grill and 2 outdoor showers, one with hot water!

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with three twin beds and the other with a queen and a twin bed. A full bath and washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The second floor also has two bedrooms and a full bath. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room with seating for eight. There is a front and rear deck with seating and great ocean and sound views from the front deck.

TV's are located in all bedrooms and living room. Movies, games and WI-FI provided.

Renters are required to fill out and sign an accidental damages form.

Beautiful Townhome near beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome was perfect in every way. Great location... Walking distance to the beach, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Beds were also very comfortable. The property manager and landlord were amazing! It was an amazing home away from home for and we would definitely would come back and stay in the future!

Perfect spot

I was worried about finding a spot a short walk for my parents, and 3 yr old, but this place was perfect. I'd say it took 1- 2 minutes to get to the beach path, then you're there. Quiet street, so no traffic concerns. Would stay here again

Great Location

This property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Entire family had plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor balconies had great views and hammock was a favorite for the cool breeze. Would definitely book this one again!
