Close to the center of Ciboure (5 minutes walk), 10/15 minutes walk from the center of St Jean de Luz (market, place Louis XIV and beach), 15/20 minutes walk from the beach Socoa .
All shops nearby, without taking the car.
Quiet. Possibility of parking 2 or 3 cars.
The mountain and Spain 20 minutes. Evenings in Hondarribia or San Sebastian.

The house is on 2 levels (ground floor and one floor). The plot is 750 m², with wooded areas and a large terrace to the south.

On the ground floor (about 100 m²):

Great for friends and family

Wonderful location, 15-minute walks to two different beaches, house better than shown on photos. No car needed (if you don't mind walking). We stayed with two families, 4 adults/2 couples on the ground floor and 5 adolescent/adult children on the top floor. Lovely sitting room with sufficient comfy seating for everyone, mice dining room, lovely terrace. House was clean but could do with a general seasonal clean, i.e., it felt like staying at a friend's house ;)

Agréable maison malgré un étage pas accessible à tous et quelques détails à revoir.

Maison agréable et typique du Pays Basque. Cependant le propriétaire devrait être plus vigilant à l'usure du mobilier ( fauteuils défoncés et plusieurs chaises peu solides qui mériteraient d'être remplacés ou retirés). D'autre part, il faut préciser que l'accès à l'étage se fait par un escalier très raide difficilement pratiquable même pour des adultes et dangereux pour de jeunes enfants alors que leurs chambres s'y trouvent ainsi que la seule television de la maison.

Maison agréable, bien située. Terrasse agréable, au calme. Présence d'une plancha très appréciée. Nombreux équipements mis à disposition, pratiques (lave vaisselle, lave linge, ....). L'intérieur est joli, décoré simplement mais avec goût. Bémols: la maison n'était pas parfaitement propre à l'arrivée mais c'était sans doute exceptionnel et un arrangement a pu être trouvé. Aussi, la maison n'est pas adaptée à des enfants en bas âge car les escaliers sont TRES raides. Nous avons donc interdit l'accès à l'étage aux plus jeunes qui ont dormi en bas. Bon séjour en tout cas dans l'ensemble!

Perfect Stay a few mns walk from St Jean Luz downtown. A lot of space for the family, kids and friends with many bedrooms, really practical kitchen and big dining room. Living room is a nice place to have a drink in the evening...10 mns walk from the beach, 5 mns drive from tennis and golf.
