L'hébergement est idéal pour un groupe de douze, très bien placé pour visiter la région. Julio, notre hôte, nous a reçu chaleureusement et en toute modestie. L'annonce est conforme à l'hébergement, lieu tranquille pas loin du centre du village où l'on trouve tous les magasins : boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie et bon nombre de restaurants.On n'hésitera pas à revenir sur cet hébergement si nous revenons dans la région.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable.Nous étions un groupe de dix personnes et avons profité pleinement de la grande maison de sa terrasse exceptionnelle et son environnement proche de la nature.Julio nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.Nous recommandons cette maison pour les groupes ou grandes familles ou chacun y trouve son espace.Bonne continuation à Julio et son épouse.Fabrice - Marie

Une maison très grande avec le confort d'une salle d'eau par chambre, une cuisine bien équipée et une très grande terrasse couverte.On trouve dans cette maison tout ce qu'on peut espérer.Bref on se sent comme à la maison !Une mention particulière pour Julio qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement !

Maison très agréable. Quartier calme. Vaisselle en quantité suffisante. Une machine à glaçons sur place (très agréable) Vérifier que tous les draps proposés correspondent aux bonnes dimensions des matelas. Ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement. Et aussi quelques renouvellements de draps seraient un plus. Le propriétaire Julio a répondu aux quelques questions qui lui ont été posées avant l'arrivée et il était sur place le jour de l'arrivée. Je recommande cette maison.

La casa reune todas las condiciones explicadas en su pagina y mas. El propietario muy amable atento a facilitar nuestra estancia. Hay muchas peliculas de DVD pero parece que alguien "distraido" se llevo el lector. Gracias.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison idéalement située dans un quartier très calme d'Ascain avec un jardin très bien entretenu. Malgré une météo changeante, nous avons pu profiter de la vaste terrasse abritée avec une grande table où à 9 adultes nous avons pu déjeuner sans problème. Les chambres sont grandes et toutes sauf une avec une salle de bain particulière. La description sur le site Abritel est conforme à la réalité et Julio notre hôte était présent pour nous accueillir très agréablement. En conclusion, une location à recommander.

Grande maison proche des lieux à visiter, située dans un environnement calme.Nous étions 3 couples à moto pour un trip dans le pays basque. Le vaste sous-sol permet de mettre les machines à l'abri et la maison permet à chaque couple d'avoir son intimité.Bien équipée nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Séjour pour un mariage

Séjour trop court hélas car réservation faite pour un mariage à Ascain. Nous avons cependant apprécié la maison, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Située dans un quartier calme au cadre agréable. Ascain est un joli village offrant la possibilité de belles promenades et randonnées dans ce beau Pays-Basque.

Très beau séjour en famille

Séjour exceptionnel pour des retrouvailles en familles. Le lieu est idéal pour séjourner trèsnombreux, la maison est bien plus grande que le rendu des photos. Elle est bien desservie avec SDB et toilettes independants pour casiment chacune des chambres. Très bien équipée et isolée pour l’hiver. Vraiment à 15 min de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz. Au calme. Nous recommandons ! Le propriétaire est disponible et très gentil. Merci beaucoup!

Maison confortable avec des salles de bain pour presque chaque chambre. Un auvent en rez de chaussée tournée vers le jardin qui permet de manger dehors à l'abri. Bon accueil de Julio
