About this property

2 villas together for an exceptional view with private pool

These two villas (Pyrgi villas) are located in an olive grove on the heights, route de Kastro (old town). A magnificent view of the sea and Pelion, and the beaches of Skiathos such as Mandraki, Elias and Aselinos.
Its South West orientation, offers exceptional sunsets. You will remember it for a long time!
Built in beautiful stones, the main house contains, on the first level, a large living room, an open kitchen and toilets. A large terrace with shaded pergola for a large table to receive.
On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms with a sea view, and a smaller one, and two bathrooms.
The guest house is a 25m² studio which overlooks the swimming pool and includes a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The ideal number of adults is 6, and one or two children in the bedroom with the pull-out bed (comfortable, but the bedroom is small). You can also have a folding baby bed to install in one of the 3 largest bedrooms.
This place is ideal for nature lovers, wanting to unwind.

Perfect Holiday Villa.

The villa was just as it shows in the pictures. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and it was everything we were hoping it would be. Very well equipped. Just perfect location. Very steep hills to get to the villa but we knew it would be like that as we have been to Skiathos before. Quieter side of the island but very peaceful. Fantastic holiday.

A magical location for a superbe villa

Fantastic property in a lovely location, 20min walk from the Kastro ruins and beach with the most amazing views on the sea and sunsets.

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick - Privatsphäre wird groß geschrieben. Wohnräume sind stimmig bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Aufmerksames, stets erreichbares Vermieter-Ehepaar. Erholung pur. ... wären am liebsten dort geblieben :-)

Splendida villa dal gusto raffinato in location mozzafiato. Da questa posizione privilegiata si possono godere tramonti da cartolina. Proprietà attenta e disponibile, sia al momento della prenotazione che durante tutto il periodo del soggiorno. Nulla è apparso al di sotto delle aspettative; la villa è perfettamente arredata, attrezzata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Unico neo: manca la lavatrice. Consigliabile a tutti per una vacanza in pieno relax!!!!
