We're located only 20 min from downtown Denver and 20 min from downtown Boulder. Shops, movies, kid-friendly indoor activities, golf courses, hiking, grocery stores, and fantastic restaurants are all located within minutes! The house is located in a unique and sleepy little neighborhood, so it's best if your group is ready to take things inside by 10 pm.



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyft is readily available in our area. The B Line (train from Westminster to Union Station in Denver) is only a 10 min drive away!

Great house and very accommodating host. Summer even went as far as to help ship back some expensive gifts that we accidentally left at the house and didn't realize until we made it to the airport! It was by far the best VRBO we've stayed at. Tons of room for everyone to spread out. Clean. Nice amenities. Easy check-out process. The only "issues" were exceptionally minor: In the Master bedroom, for example, one of the lamps was a little wonky & the remote for the fan needed batteries. A couple of the windows wouldn't open. But a running joke was "we need a refund!" because the place overall was just exceptional.

Very cool house in a good location. The house was clean and great for a family get together. With four small children it was nice to have bedrooms that were away from the living room so adults could talk without fear of waking the children. The game room was a big hit with everyone.

We had two families (10 people) stay for 6 nights. The house was well stocked and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was a great jumping off point to explore Red Rocks, Golden, and Boulder. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. Would highly recommend this home.

The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Our group of 12 adults had a great stay in this Mid Century Mod! This is a huge house with plenty of space. The backyard space is great, we spent most of the day outdoors! Plenty of parking for several cars. No shortage of space on this property! Nice neighborhood, with shopping and restaurants close by. Owners were very responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again! Great rental experience!

Great place for a retreat!

We used the house for a three day retreat. There were two wonderful living rooms for meeting. The outdoor area also would have worked well except it was too cold outside. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and hanging out. Five of the bedrooms have two queen beds which was fantastic for people to share a room and have their own bed. It is a wonderful location with close access to all necessities, plus relatively close access to the mountains. Thank you so much!

Wedding Stay

I can't say enough about this property! The house was perfect for my family as we were in town for my son's wedding reception up at The Red Barn in Golden Gate State Park. There was a total of 18 of us, including an infant and a 2-year-old. Summer made sure that everything was already thought of including a crib and a pack and play. The game room was unexpected but quickly caught the attention of several of the kids in their early twenties and they had a great time! Overall, the house is great and we are super glad that we picked it.
