About this property

The property has been completely renovated and includes quality furnishings and linens to provide you with a cozy and comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath, while bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three features two twin beds. There is also a queen inflatable mattress with linens provided if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and new stainless appliances. There are two smart televisions with cable, free WiFi and a laundry area with washer and dryer. In addition, The Kettler Too also provides covered parking, a patio with propane grill to enjoy with family and friends. We invite you to come stay with us and see all that Waco has to offer!!!

Perfect Everytime!

Amazing house with an amazing host! Kelli is the most wonderful host with great attention to detail. She has literally thought of everything. You could literally go here with just your clothes and have a perfect stay as she has everything you would need. As always, it was our pleasure to have the privilege of staying at the Kettler.

Beautiful and comfortable home.

Home was immaculate, nicely appointed, and stocked with mafor essentials. Beds were oooohhh so comfy and A/C amazingly cool & quiet! In a quiet neighborhood with easily accessed off street parking. Kelli was a gracious host, always attentive to quests and quickly responsive to all communications. Thank you, Kelli... we will be back on our next visit(s). Bill E

Nice cottage near Waco and Baylor University

This cottage is a perfect little home on the outskirts of Waco. Quiet neighborhood, not far from Magnolia/Silos, downtown and Baylor University. Very spacious and comfortable furnishings and home layout. We would stay here again and the homeowner is friendly and accommodating.

Perfect for us

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We were in Waco for our daughter's graduation from Baylor University and needed a place with a full kitchen, not too close to Baylor, but close enough to hit the Waco sites, that has enough space for 7 adults. This property fit the bill perfectly. Due to ever-changing plane tickets, we arrived earlier than planned, but Kelli was more than flexible and was able to accommodate our early check-in request. And the size of the property was large enough to hold our 17 party guests for a graduation dinner party. Thanks Kelli for a wonderful stay!
