Our modern open floor concept contains six bedrooms and four baths all newly renovated with an enclosed sunroom. Close to Tiana Bays and 10 minute drive to Ponquogue Beach. Hampton Bays is the closest of the Hamptons which makes it the easiest to get to - less than 2 hours from Manhattan; escape to serenity.

Feature Packed Getaway

Nice house with a lot of amenities. Shady pool, hot tub, sauna. Well maintained but a bit weathered. Owners very responsive. Nice location but cant drive to the beach because of lack of beach passes.

As informed when booking beach passes are only attached to property owners car you can go to beach and pay a fee but limited spaces or be dropped off and pay nothing

Spacious Home

The rental process was very easy. The owner was always available and answered questions. The home had detailed instructions which made it easy to navigate around the new territory. This house is very nicely spread out and it has plenty of privacy which makes it easy to share with another family. Everything was clean and well kept. The home had all necessary items and everything was in good condition and functional including a well equipped kitchen. This is a great house for family get together. My children and I enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend it 😎
