It is located on the 1st floor of a small building without elevator, 5 min. on foot from the station (1 train every 20 min. on average to Lille, journey time approx. 15 minutes). Everything on foot: restaurants, shops, supermarket (a few meters away), cinema, media library, Belfry (UNESCO listed monument). Tourist Office at 200 mt.
Possibility to park the car at the bottom of the building (cheap paid parking, € 0.50 / hour, limited to 2 hours, free between 6 pm and 9 am) or in the station parking lot, free and a few minutes' walk away of the appartment.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 5 people (one bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed). Total area: 40 m2.
Ideal for large families: possibility of staying there at 10 by renting apartment N. 3 on the 2nd floor of the same building, also visible on the site (announcement "15 min. From Lille in the center and near the train station - App. 3 "). Cot and high chair loaned if needed.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge. Shared LAUNDRY room with washing machine and dryer (laundry not provided).
To facilitate your arrival, we provide you with the “Essentials” basket, which includes: Multi-Surface Household Product, Sponges, Liq. Tableware, 2 Dishwasher Tablets, 1 40 Lt. garbage bag, 1 roll of Toilet Paper, Soap, Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Tea, coffee, sugar. Sheets and household linen (sponge towels, bath mat) are provided.

Possibility to park the car at the bottom of the building (paid parking 0.50 € / hour) or on the station parking, free and a few minutes walk from the apartment. Several trains a day to Lille serve Armentières station. A more than comfortable way to visit the capital of the North without the stress of parking in the city.
