Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Argelès que nous connaissons depuis plus de 40 ans. 1° - Est-ce que vous visitez les appartements avant de les proposer ? En ce qui concerne l'appartement, nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfait. C'est la 1ère fois que nous rentrons dans un appartement sal, qui n'avez pas été nettoyé, ni essuyé, Je commence par la salle de bain, le lavabo n'était pas net, la glace avec des gouttes d'eau, qui ne dataient pas d'hier. 3°) Le séjour sal, j'ai ramassé un pleine pelle de cheveux ! 4°) - le coin cuisine pas trop mal, mais des placards en fer ? qui ne sentent pas très bons ; des casseroles en aluminium (pas sain) et pas très propre. - le placard dessous l'évier qui sentait très mauvais et je suis modeste. 5°) 2 chaises qui avaient reçues un coup de couteau 4°) Le canapé abîmé. (On ne s'en n'ait pas servi) . Nous avons donné à l'agence, la feuille avec nos remarques que je viens d'énumérer Autrement, le site était bien placé et calme.

Calme, proche de tout, parking

Notre séjour à durée 5 jours, dans cette location, petit immeuble de trois étages très calme, avec parking sous les arbres. L'intérieur de la location est un peu ancienne au niveau de certaines installations mais, la salle de bain, les WC, ne le sont pas trop. L'appartement est bien pour deux personnes, avec un vrai lit, malgré un canapé réversible je pense que à plusieurs c'est compliqué de tenir, à l'intérieur. Au niveau géographique, l'appartement est à 100 mètres de la plage vraiment tout proche, le centre ville plage est à 5 minutes en voiture contre 15 minutes à pied, il sur la gauche du bâtiment à 200m des petits commerces (boulangerie, snack, etc...) Le soir centre ville et fête foraine proche mais en voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et avons été bien reçu par l'agence Foncia Argelès-sur-Mer!
