Renovated Retreat Minutes from Highway

3 bedroom brick home on Indy's East Side that has just undergone a massive renovation! Almost everything is brand new! Large driveway for ample parking, 2 full bathrooms, dining table that seats 6, and a beautifully updated kitchen! All rooms are on one floor, so no need to worry about steps! Check-in is a breeze with the touch-pad lock on the front door! Conveniently located just minutes from I-70 and I-465 which makes for easy access to anywhere in the city! If you want to be close to popular Indianapolis attractions without paying the outrageous downtown prices, this is the house for you!

You have access to the entire front of the house, which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and eat-in kitchen. The back of the house has not been renovated yet so you will not have access to that part of the house (there are an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom back there). There are a washer and dryer located in the garage that guests staying for longer periods may have access to upon request.

Please be respectful of my space and treat it as if it were your own. Absolutely no illegal drugs, parties, or unregistered guests! If any are found, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund provided. Please clean up after yourself and put things back where you found them.

Very Welcoming! Easy check in and check out! Nice quiet location! Homey, had books to read and magazines. Kitchen appliances were awesome! Me and my fiancé and friends enjoyed it! Joey is a awesome communicator! Helped us out a lot! Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Great little house

The house was exactly as described and provided a great mustering place for our party of 6. In reading the guest binder that was in the house, it looked like the owner had taken all suggestions from their renters (since when are guests supposed to make suggestions, anyway?!?); for example, someone had mentioned that it'd be nice to have a full-length mirror - so there is one hanging on the back of the master bedroom door. One thing we had no idea about was that the east side of Indy looks like a rough area of town. However, we were safe and the neighbors were very nice. Would stay with this renter again.

Weren't there much but place was clean, beds/mattresses very comfortable - sheets definitely upper end. Well stocked with towels. Didn't do any cooking but kitchen was new and updated. While neighborhood looked a little rough we had no problems at all of any kind and would stay again under similar needs. Lawn needed mowed - other than that - as good or better than expected.

Comfortable home in Indy

My teenage children and I were in Indianapolis to visit family and stayed at this very comfortable home while we were there. It was clean, recently renovated, and well stocked. We had plenty of space to spread out. We weren't too far from family members who are spread all over the city. We also weren't very far from downtown Indy. All in all, this home became our own little retreat in the city. Thank you, Joey!
