Jim was a very responsive and friendly host! The space was adequate and comfortable for five people. The location was convenient to Lucas Oil without having to stay in the hotels downtown. The dedicated driveway parking was much appreciated. The only critiques I would have is that while the most commonly used surfaces were clean- floors, counters, toilets etc, there were areas that were in need of a deep clean (dusty base boards, vents, laundry area). The rental did kind of have an overpowering smell of cleaning spray of some sort. The area of town is also not the best, so renters should be aware of that and have appropriate expectations.

Great stay overall—very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to town. Would definitely stay here again!The house is just as it appeared in the listing. We were able to rent scooters to ride to and from town a couple times. Communication with the host was quick and responsive.

Decent place to stay overall for our family. A few broken floor tiles, microwave doesn’t turn, and fans were difficult to figure out but otherwise clean & well furnished! Location was less than ideal with some strange sounds at night from the neighbors but luckily house had good dead bolts on all doors.

The house provided a roof. Not much more. The internet did not work. There weren't enough towels for 5 people for 3 nights. The ice maker did not work, a whole panel of flooring was not secured, there were not enough dishes for 5 people (only one glass), and not much kitchenware to cook with. All of the furniture including the couch and bed felt so flimsy and uncomfortable. One bed had hair on the sheets. The towels were super cheap and thin (and no kitchen towels/napkins). For nearly 1000 a night, we expected a whole lot more. It was NOT worth the price. The host was very friendly, super communicative, and brought us paper towels.
