The cottage is located in the town of Sablonceaux; very quiet and relaxing place less than 2km from the spa establishment in Saujon and less than 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Royan and Saint Georges de Didonne.

Housing of 70m2, 2 bedrooms, living / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with Italian shower.

Large terrace with garden furniture - fenced garden, private parking.
